Mavis Discount Tire

On 8/4/2023 we were scheduled at the Bayshore location on sunrise to have an inspection and tire services done at a set time in the afternoon. I had received confirmation through their online portal for the appointment and was happy that they had availability for that day. However, once we had arrived as scheduled we were then told that they are no longer available for the scheduled appointment and that they were done doing inspections for the day. This was 4pm! I just don't understand businesses that utilizes appointment scheduling and do not converse with clients when there are changes to that appointment that are beyond the customer's control. No courtesy, concerns, or respect for our time and no the car will not have a current inspection as we head out at 4am to go camping.
