McDonald's - Service for in the lobby

The door entering the lobby states this is a safe place. At 8:15 am school kids are walking to school and need to know they can be safe. I stopped here to get my breakfast sandwhich and wanted to go inside to eat in a warm area. Nope not here, the lobby was locked. This was the third morning it was locked

How can you advertise this is a safe place for kids when the lobby is always locked. Not to mention no restroom conviences

Desired outcome: Open the lobby for customers or at least list the times of day it willl be open
