Order number [protected], custom storm door, Carson City, NV store. I ordered and paid for this door on 8/2/23. Salesperson did not explain to me the installation process with measuring visit first. I already had precise measurements, so I ordered the door. I later found out the cost of the installation and decided to have Lowes do it. I scheduled the measurement, which was done on Sept 16 by New Vision Concepts. They were supposed to call me to set up installation. I called Savanah at [protected] who told me to call the store, and that she would call corporate, but that she wasn't allowed to call the store. One week before the measurement, the store called to tell me it was ready. I left three messages with "Nate," Assistant Store Mgr, at the Carson City, NV store, who never called me back. Apparently, "Melissa" the manager, was on vacation. I went in person, having had surgery on my foot and trying to avoid going in person, and spoke at length with "Nicole", so set in place a flurry of emails to try to get my door installed. I've called and spoken to her since my visit last week, but she told me the following people were involved in the emails and it should be resolved by today (she was going on night shift). Joe, Supervisor, Nate, Asst Mgr, Anthony, Specialist all should be doing something to help me.
Desired outcome: Pls get my door installed...NOW!
