My car broke and started making a grinding noise on the rear passenger tire. I went to stop at a light and no brakes the pedal went to the floor so I pushed harder and it stopped. I was close to the hotel so I went slow and got to the hotel and called a tow truck and went here. I get told the brakes fell out and all the brakes rotors and calipers needed replaced. So 2k and 5 hrs later they replace everything. I don't think it all needed replaced and I asked to get the brakes and rotors back they claim core charge. Since when do u ever get money back on used brakes and rotors? I'm sure I got ripped off. I live in pa and was in nj for that. I can't prove I got ripped off but I wish I could.
Desired outcome: Get them to tell the truth and refund me what they actually owe cause all 4 sets of brakes rotors and calipers couldn't of needed replaced maybe one for that back tire
