Planet Fitness - Military service discrimination, false accusation of actions

I am a retired veteran of 30 years. Having been a gym rat for years, I have also become certified in pursuit of my hobby. Progressing through my workout, many members ask me questions as the regular staff is unapproachable and often indifferent or hostile. Back to my concern, my membership was entirely and inappropriately terminated after a complaint over an encounter with another member. I had already been a member of PF and that facility for years until this particular event took place. In that detail, I had approached a station not used for a period of time. I was set up upon her return. After a "chat", I elected to return at a later time as she was in her drawn out sets, not letting me work in (gym policy). As I turned from her to collect my items, I startled from suddenly feeling her hand on me indicating some sort of stopping motion. I told her to keep her hands to herself. She suddenly claimed I had "shouldered her" in some manner. If she kept her hands to herself, I would not have startled and her "shouldered" claim would be unfounded. I complained to management. I returned days later to discover my membership was terminated. I was not allowed to view the video they claimed had demonstrated my act, while already knowing what I expected to see. My back was to her while her hands were on me in some kind of blocking motion. In addition, I was also bombarded with unsubstantiated and mysterious claims against me. I was also told, to my total surprise, "they" felt I was "too military"; entirely contradicting their judgement free zone policy. That in itself is mind boggling as I had only discussed my service with other vets.

Regardless, PF is supposedly a "judgement free zone", that apparently selectively enforces membership conduct and club philosophies. I had also later learned that the trainers felt intimidated as members were approaching me for guidance vs their staff for training appointments. I later discovered the single location had secretly prevented my ability to use other facilities as I discovered the local police department escorting me off site. MORE unethical practices.

Desired outcome: Membership restored. In FB reps won't provide direct contact information to resolve this illegal termination of action I did not commit.
