View all 10 complaintsCamden - Not being paid for my service calls at time and half because of miscalculation of time by management
On June 22, 2023 I was placed on service calls till June 29, 2023, I accumulated alot of time nearly 20 hours which should've been paid at the pay rate of time and a half, management for some reason took this time and made it regular by taking regular hour days away from my hour total and supplanting them.with overtime time hours and regular pay rate. When question by manager it was stated this company doesn't pay employees for service calls at time and a half, which I found out later wasn't true because my white counterparts recieve overtime regularly and they don't have to be on service calls, after me questioning management they started retaliating by changing my work task to less desirable and not related to my skills like cleaning up instead of maintenance tech work, isolating me out of meetings and giving a 24 hour eviction notice because I was a week late on rent because of the way they paid me, and even though we agreed on June 13 that rent will be paid in full the next week they still wrote me an eviction letter that want even certified. Can you imagine the stress and anxiety this created for me, and management never explain the letter they slide under my door, because I work for them and see me everyday all day, and even after they put the letter under my door not one person from management call to talk to me, just get out
Desired outcome: All those who conspired to take my time and money to be punish and an apology for taking me a good worker through this ordeal
