Dollar General

On 5/29/2021 (Saturday morning) I went into Dollar General on Ramada Road, Burlington, NC 27215. I noticed it was "Hot" in the store, but I went on about my business. I noticed on the candy isle, the large individual candy bars were hanging off the shelf melted! I preceded on sweating real bad. A lady named Lisa (A cashier/sweet) noticed me wiping sweat and merely commented... I'm sorry. It's a bit hot in here, feeling bad for me because I was feeling sick by this time! I began saying they should either get the air fixed or shut the doors. I also commented on how they could work under those extreme conditions? Lisa just shrugged her shoulders. She did absolutely not 1 thing wrong. Meanwhile I overhear Maggie (hateful person) chewing Lisa out! Saying things like you can't be negative about this store or it looks bad on me. I immediately went to the front and told Maggie that Lisa did nothing wrong whatsoever. I was the one complaining of the horrible heat in that store. I also ask Maggie, if she was the Manager, WHY she wasn't reporting this huge problem to Corporate? I'm going to because it's wrong how that manager treated Lisa when she didn't even do anything., plus that little Manager should have waited until NO customers were around before she chewed somebody out for nothing! I don't appreciate it myself and won't be visiting that store anymore because of it. Ridiculous...
