Lowe's - Warranty service contract for major appliance

Just wanted to inform consumers Lowes has zero interest in customer satisfaction. They are still having major staffing issues at their store in Plymouth MN. We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator on August 7th and picked up the unit on 8/8. We knew exactly what we wanted, unit was on the floor we simply needed an associate to right up the paperwork. After an hour they sent the flooring manager over to complete the transaction. We asked about the extended warranty and cost etc and he had no idea since appliances were not his area of expertise but he said not to worry as we had 30 days to obtain the warranty. We didn't get around to installing the fridge right away but did return to the store on two other occasions to purchase the warranty. Each time we were met with sorry we have no staff to help at the moment if you can wait we will find someone. Well before we knew it many days had passed. I called the store and they transferred me to appliances and yea we had an associate. He explained the cost etc and we said lets go with it. He said we should review the plan to make sure it fits then call back and we can take care of the purchase. I was hesitant but made the fatal mistake to call back. We didn't know that our only chance of obtaining the warranty was that very moment and surprise to us it was the very last day to purchase the warranty. Of course nobody answered the phone ever again and management sent us to some 800 warranty line where no purchases can be made. Once you hit 30 days no exceptions can be made period. Corporate refused to help, store manager refused to help. Sure, my fault because I should have started calling two weeks before the 30 days was up and hopefully someone would have answered the phone. Bottom line, the company cannot retain staff so they expect the consumer to take care of their problems. We are 100% done with that store. The only time I will be shopping their is when they are boarding the place up.

Desired outcome: Sell us the warranty for our fridge and stop jerking us around.
