Walmart

For the third time now, I have been needing to use the front bathroom during peak shopping hours, 10:00 AM Saturdays. Today 5-27-23, I had an emergency and needed to use the bathroom which was closed yet again, called back to the cleaner and said I need to use the front bathroom, he said something that I couldn't hear and would not come out. So I saw a Manager talking to an employee. Went up to them and told them that I needed to use the bathroom and that I didn't think I could make it to the back of the store. The Manager rolled her eyes and said nothing! The employee went to the cleaning guy and asked when he would be done. The employee came up to me and said the cleaner would be done in 4 minutes, at that point I didn't have 4 minutes so I went towards the back of the store. Luckily I did make it. I am getting very tired of the poor service from Management to employees and am about to take my business elsewhere!
