I've been a member of Planet Fitness Gym in Warners Robins, Georgia since October of 2022. I've fully enjoyed this gym, no complaints.
In July I went out of town for two weeks On my return back to the gym, there was a big sign saying it was closed for renovations and would reopen on August 28. I've never received an email or any other communication pertaining to the closure of the gym but faithfully on the 17th of July and August I've been charged.
I have no way of communicating with the gym staff and the gym still isn't open. I want information so I can cancel my membership.
Desired outcome: I want to cancel my membership
