On 9-3-2021 I went to the Circle K Store In Valdosta, Ga. I attached the letter I emailed them three different times. I tried calling customer service, but all I do is sit and listen to music. They don't answer. On 9-10-2021 I went to another Circle K and asked them about who else I could contact. They told me the manager would be there the next day. I'm not sure if it was the store or regional manager. I left my information with the clerk who was very understanding and helpful and she was going to give it to the manager the next day to call me. Again, no reply.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Desired outcome: I would like either my two packs of cigerettes and to pick up at another Circle K or a gift Card of the cost of 2 packs of Marlboro Light and Ill get them at a different Circle K
