My one year contract expired and I wished to cancel the month to month service. After numerous attempts to contact the manager, his name is Rodney I believe, I finally got him on the phone. I got instructions from him how to proceed with the cancellation since I couldn't physically do it at the time. After sending the email with a copy of my ID that he requested, he NEVER responded OR cancelled my membership. I did a stop payment with my bank and I was STILL somehow being charged. I went into the place and filled out the cancellation form personally but the guy there said the manager would have to make my account inactive, he couldn't do it. I let him make a copy of my ID and left my name and phone number and he assured me the manager would call me the next day to ensure this had been taken care of. The manager never called and again didn't return any of my calls or emails. I looked at reviews of this particular location and I lost count of how many people left bad reviews because of not being able to get anyone to answer the phone or emails. This guy is purposefully ignoring me and keeping my account active and it's ridiculous. I followed instructions for the locations cancellation policy and am still being charged.
