This company was a Godsend! My husband and I were lied to by a timeshare company and once Covid hit we struggled to be able to keep up with payments. Linx Legal helped us out of a horrible situation. After being misled and lied to by *** we were beginning to panic over what to do. They contacted us and sent a representative to our home. We decided to trust them to help us which was a little scary after being taken advantage of so badly. They lead us through the entire process and after about a year we are out of our timeshare. Linx Legal has been wonderful this past ten months. After being lied to and misled by Wyndham, we found ourselves in a financial disaster. Our first meeting was with ***. He came to our home and explained everything to us so that we understood. And then we were introduced to the most wonderful case manager that kept us calm, listened to our concerns with compassion and actions. *** was our case manager and she responded to all emails, she called me when necessary, she calmed us when we panicked, Ten months later, our contract with Wyndham has been cancelled. I would highly recommend this company if you find yourselves in our situation.*** and *** B

Linx Legal listened to my case and then took me step-by-step through the process of canceling my time share with Bluegreen. All of the staff were kind and professional, especially Blake -- always willing to help when needed. There were no surprises. They knew the process and told me what they would do and what I could expect. Excellent service just as they described it. While there are reputable timeshare companies and sales people, too many of them use dishonest and unethical means to obtain a sale and not provide the stated service. Fortunately we have the good people at Linx Legal to help with the process to remedy that situation. I highly recommend Linx Legal if you are in the need of exiting a timeshare.

Linx Legal helped us out of a situation that was good at the time, but we were unable to use going forward because of health issues, change in management practices, misrepresentation on their part, etc. Shell (now Wyndham) offered no realistic path for getting out of our Time Share. What I like is that after a small retainer, Linx takes a percentage of any refund that is received. They in essence don't make any extra salary unless they perform - - which they did. They also promised results or your money back. Because of that, they don't take on all cases. They are fairly selective, but the initial evaluation is free. There are plenty of companies out there that say they will help you get out of your timeshare, but Linx offered a straight-up guaranteed legal agreement, with which we felt comfortable. They performed too. I highly recommend them if you are having difficulty getting out of your own personal situation.

Linx Legal helped my husband and I successful get out of our timeshare. We entered into our agreement August with Hilton Grand Vacations and I came away with a very unsettling feeling. Then in 2020, in addition to COVID my family was dealing with health issues with my mother that stemmed over into 2021 until her death in November. I was losing sleep over having purchased the timeshare and wanted out very badly. My prayer was answered when I received a called from a rep with Linx Legal sometime in November , after checking their rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com, my husband and I agreed to work with them on exiting our agreement. The exit process finally got on the way in January and thank God as of this month we are finally free of the time share property. I would like to thank *** for her assistance throughout this process. so i researched a company looking for a way out of this manipulative timeshare thru wyndham and i prayed about it at first there was one i came across and i was going to jump aboard with them, but for some reason i still wasnt for sure until i came across links legal through extra research. i was still skeptical about the issue of manipulation and was doubting but as time went along, i realized they were legit with their words through the credibility of action. things seemed slow at first, and i thought links was procrastinating about the case, but at the end, after almost a year of back and forth with these people, things came to a close and the case was won. now they have a 3rd party credit company called "credit zap" that works on protecting your credit and making sure timeshare doesnt harm your report, per se. anyways, they were ok at first but things began to take a change to where they were lacking in their job performance. please look at their reviews from other customers to get more details. but overall, i recommend this company to help you out of your timeshare.

Linx Legal, Inc. was very easy to work with. Our initial contact started the process for us and then we dealt with two other members of the Linx Legal Team and they were great.After getting started we dealt with one member of the Linx Legal Team and they were very responsive. They gave us very specific instructions, the most important one, being patient. I would check in monthly and always got a response that day or the following day.When I received information from the Time Share I scanned and emailed it to Linx Legal immediately. Their instructions included NOT responding to emails from the Time Share as Linx Legal had set up a Proxy email on my behalf and that was the one that needed to be used. Any emails I received I forwarded to Linx Legal.Linx Legal was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and handled everything.We started the process on 11/04 and got our Cancellation Letter from the Time Share on 04/08/22. 5 months total. We were told anywhere from 4 -8 months.To say that having this Time Share gone is a big relief!Kudos to the Linx Legal group.

I had research for a company that would get us out of our timeshares, and I came across Linx Legal. I watched their *** videos, read their reviews and Im extremely glad we choose to go with them. They explained everything they would do, what to expect, and to email or call them with any questions. They didnt disappoint, every time I had a question and emailed them, they were always available. We had two timeshares, one with Diamond resorts and one with unlimited resorts. They both had lied to us, Diamond lied about maintenance fees, being able to travel whenever we wanted, and pressured us into signing with them. They wouldnt let us leave the meeting without signing with them. Unlimited lied to us by saying that if we signed with them, they would cancel our Diamond timeshare. We reached out to them multiple times and they just ignored our calls and emails. So we ended up with 2 timeshare we didnt want. Linx legal was able to get us out of both timeshares within a year. We didnt get any money back but were very glad we dont have to deal with timeshare anymore. *** was our case manager, he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was in a bad situation with my timeshare. The timeshare misrepresented themselves and most of the time just plain lied to me. With the payments, VOA dues and other fees I was paying $750 a night per vacation day to have this timeshare. When COVID hit it became even harder, my hours were cut and I could not make ends meet anymore. I asked the timeshare for help but they turned a deaf ear to me. I began researching timeshare cancellation companies and found that most of them were just as crooked as the timeshare itself. I ran across Linx Legal, I called them and asked them a ton of questions and they answered each one honestly and to my satisfaction. I had a representative come to my house which he carefully explained everything and was patient through the doubt I had about proceeding.I decided to pull the trigger and move forward. Their service is not free but it was worth it considering that it was cheaper to pay them than have another 15 years of payments and increasing VOA fees every year.I received a call from *** and she told me what to expect. *** was friendly, efficient and always had an answer to any questions during the process. There were times that I got nervous but *** always told me to let things play out and she was right. I am now free of my timeshare and I have Linx Legal to thank for it. We had come across Linx Legal through a call from them, which I initially missed. The gentleman sounded professional and left his name and number. I looked them up and they seemed legit and then I noticed that they had excellent ratings on the ComplaintsBoard.com. Up until this point, we had received a ton of calls from companies wanting to ask us about our timeshare, and still do, that really sound like scams. I usually would just hang up on those calls because they sound like regular predatory calls from call centers. We were already feeling bad about the situation we were in with our timeshare and the last thing we wanted was to feel like we were getting taken advantage of again. We called Linx Legal back after I did my research on them and explained our situation. They immediately scheduled someone to fly out and visit us at our home to review their process and offer us a solution to get out of our timeshare, that we were free to reject at no cost to us. My husband and I knew they meant business at that point. Drake F was very up front and reviewed the process of what they do and how long it would take. We told him our story and then he told us they could help us. He reviewed the cost with us for the services, estimated how long the process typically takes and also if for some reason they could not end up getting us out, we would get a full refund. We really had nothing to lose. In the process he also "educated" us on timeshares and really opened our eyes to how they operate. He broke down everything for us so we could see the costs over the long-haul and made sure we understood the small print they put in their contracts. We accepted and were assigned with Blake D as our Case Manager. Blake was very professional, courteous and attentive. He also took us through the process and explained what we needed to do from our end, every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in the approximate time they said it would take. It cost us out of pocket for their services, but we saved Much, Much More than had we stayed in our timeshare and we are now free of that burden. We needed their help because I have no idea how my husband and I would have been able to navigate our way out of the mess we were in without Blake's help. We wouldn't have. I am grateful that I called them back. I would recommend to anyone who is in a bad situation as we were to call Linx Legal. Blake was awesome and we are very satisfied!

My wife and I went on a Four Day, Three Night vacation offered by Hilton at a fabulous price and stayed at a 5 Star resort in ***. To get the vacation at that price, we were required to attend a short Sales Presentation. The presentation was anything but short, and the tag team of sales reps salivated at the old couple who were totally enjoying their vacation. We bought in and were very happy with our purchase for three years. Then my wife's physical and mental health made a U-Turn, and it became impossible for us to take the extended vacations that we dearly loved to do in the past. I called Hilton Grand Vacations and asked to be released from my contract and they refused. Their attitude was basically, "You signed the contract, pay it off, and maybe we'll talk about buying it back from you." I couldn't see paying it off as I still owed $13,000 on it and the annual fees amounted to an average of $1,000 a year. We totally enjoyed the years we had the physical energy to travel to the distant places Hilton has built their vacations, but those days were and are gone. What did I do? I did the only thing I could do, I prayed. Shortly after praying, my phone rang. It was ***, Asst. *** of the *** and Senior Case Manager, of Linx Legal *** He contacted me moments after I came to the realization that our Hilton Grand Vacations days had come to an abrupt and unforeseen end and had asked God for a way out. Hilton's way out was to pay it off. "Then you can keep it and pay the annual fees, or sell it." When we first signed up, they implied that we could sell it at any time. To me, any time means I can sell it any time I want to sell it. To Hilton any time means any time you have paid your contract off. They didn't tell me that. *** warmth, knowledge, honesty and professionalism was evident from the first minute of our conversation. He told me he had a GREAT track record of getting people out of their time shares and asked if I truly wanted out. To do so, I would have to submit to his rules and play ball with him as he directed the team effort to extrapolate us from that which Hilton would not bend in their rule of "Pay it off, and then Maybe we'll talk about buying it back." We joined *** team and played hard ball against Hilton Grand Vacations. *** said the game would not be a quick fix as Hilton's record is one of delay, delay, delay. He was right, The entire process took a couple of years but the end result was exactly as *** said it would be. We followed every technique *** required and we never paid Hilton another *** after signing up with *** and the *** of Linx Legal *** Patience paid off. Hilton finally sent us a letter of release. The entire fiasco could have been avoided by not allowing ourselves to be talked into signing something that really wasn't right for us in the first place. We were easy marks for the Hilton Marksmen. They hit the bulls eye with us for a bundle, but *** and company saved us from the mega thousands continuing in a time share we could use, would have cost us. You want out of your Time Share? ! I don't want your services. The way they handle their sales calls is just rude. I don't recommend Linx Legal, Inc. to anyone.

I gave Linx Legal all the papers they needed. We hired them to help us get rid of a timeshare we just bought. They said we had to freeze our credit so Holiday Inn Timeshare wouldn't say anything bad if we didn't pay the monthly ***. They also said to stop paying our *** with them. I got an email from *** who worked for them telling us to stop paying the timeshare monthly payment. On page 8 of the contract, it says they won't tell us to break our contract with the timeshare people. I told them a bunch of times that I'm a Mortgage Loan Originator and I can't stop paying that *** because my license is up for renewal in November. If I have a charge off or a late payment, it will cause a lot of problems for my renewal. Look at the 3 papers I attached - it explains everything.
