Mavis Discount Tire

Went to the Mavis location at hwy 20 in McDonough GA to have new tires installed, dropped it off, picked it up drove it home everything seemed fine until I washed it about a week later and noticed damage to one of my rims. When I went back and talked with the manager he said "I'll get with my DM about it but there's no way to prove that it wasn't like that when you brought it in", so basically he called me a liar right off the bat . It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back yet, really didn't think I would. So while they are saving around $150 by not taking care of the damages caused by one of their employees do they not realize they are losing thousands in future revenue, I was going to be taking my truck back for shocks and struts and my wife's car will be needing tires soon, guess who will NOT be getting that business? Not to mention all the negative effects of informing everyone I can.
