Costco

I visited Costco on 4/17/2020 and fell in love with the Mohawk Rigid Vinyl Flooring in color, Misty Harbor Oak. The display was beautiful and surprisingly it was on sale for $29.99 instead of the regular $39.99.

I shopped around a bit and decided that this was a go.

I purchased the flooring and to my surprise, when I got home it was the wrong color. The color was Sandle wood.

I returned the flooring to Costco and explained what happened to Sandi in customer service. She gladly refunded and told me to explain what happened to the associate what happened, and the price should be honored.

When I explained what happened to the cashier, she told a few others and I walked with an associate to the area and showed her the mistake. The lady stated that she understood and that she would tell the manager. The manager refused to honor the price displayed and did not even apologize.

I would love to have the flooring at the displayed price.
