The guy who came to sell us the windows gave us a estimate lower than he put in writing. 3,7500 more that was the first alarm. Just to let you know I paid cash for this stupidity. This started May 19 2023 at 9:18am. It's been down hill the whole way. Call they don't answer, Text they don't text you have 10,000 of my money and I would like to speak to someone. Now they call on this past Tuesday and left a message they would be here Thursday 14th of September. We did as we were told to do before they got at 11 am. They had the windows only no shutters and they know nothing about them. They wanted us to pay for the rest of the invoice before they put the windows in that was a absolutely no period. The guy driving came to the back yard looked at the part for the windows. He turned to. y husband and said hey you want to save some money I will do the close in on top half of what they want. That was really stupid. They get into the truck and left no explanation just left. After calling every dawn number we could find. That idiot called us back and the office also she said that we could get another appointment for this next week. The idiot that left says he would be here today Sunday 17th 2023. Well at 11:37 am today he called to say he wasn't coming he was in a car accident supposedly. You take off work for these idiots and they are a no show. I have had enough of your company and there horrible people and attitudes. We have lost a lot from your company that someone needs to put the rains on. This is only the beginning of this nightmare. SOMEONE BETTER GET ME MY MONEY BACK OR GET YOURSELF OUT AT MY PLACE AND PUT THEM IN YOURSELF TOMORROW MONDAY SEPT 18TH 2023.
