My husband had surgery Fri
Jan 27,2023. His Dr escripted to Winn Dixie pharmacy on Commercial Dr in Spring Hill, Fl., a script for hydrocodone. I went to pick it up Fri, they said they never got the script. We called our Dr left a message Sat that they didn't receive it. They sent it again Mon Jan 30, 2023. We waited, tried calling and they still didn't get the script. You call there and they never answer the phone. I have to call customer service leave a message for them to call us. This has happened before. We've also gotten text from the pharmacy for our regular scripts that they're filled. We go up and are told no script is waiting for you, we're having trouble with our system. So finally our Dr sent the script to a different drugstore in Spring Hill today. They received it right away and filled it. You need to look into the situation at this pharmacy. It's very frustrating. Think we're going to have to get our meds filled at a different pharmacy.
