PS. When I contacted Pirelli support about getting a tire replacement because of loud whine noise when driving on highway, They said:
“The three old tires on your vehicle are our Scorpian Verde All Season Plus II (Pirelli part number 3116900). This product is the original equipment fitment for this vehicle and was specifically designed to the criteria that Ford defined for this vehicle. It looks like your dealer (Tires Plus) replaced the flat tire with our Scorpion Verde All Season (Pirelli part number 2372900). This is a replacement product and is a very different product from the original equipment fitment, despite the similar name.
The noise you describe is likely the result of this mismatched fitment on your vehicle. We would recommend discussing this matter with the dealer whom you purchased your replacement tire from to see if they can exchange this tire for the proper matching fitment for this vehicle.”

Desired outcome: Refund total of $315.00 that it cost me. Or no refund if Tires Plus finds the CORRECT tire (Pirelli Scorpian Verde All Season Plus II 245/50/R20 102V),
