Dispatcher are very rude and shows favoritism towards other drivers. If they don't like you, they will give you a low mileage load. You come to work on time but they will make you wait two hours before you will get your load. If you're unlucky, you will end up delivering a total of 65 miles radius or you will end up having backhaul. If the dispatcher likes you, they will work on your mileage but if they don't they will give you a load where you end up having problems with your deliveries and locations. Dispatchers like to switch your loads, they never give you your actual load. I ended up getting paid a max of $500 a week and the lowest I get is $295.00. You waited for three hours max to get a load without a pay and it sucks. They should do something about those rude and nasty dispatcher so that all drivers receive the same amount of mileage every week. I can't blame why some drivers quits their job.
