Priceline.com - Overcharge

On Dec. 6, 2021, Priceline charged my Amex card $170.87 for a Fox rent a car.
On Dec. 12, 2021, the car was returned and an invoice was issued by Fox for $145.63, a disparity of $25.24. When I called to inquire as to when I could expect my reimbursement back into my credit card I was told that the @25.24 was what Priceline had to pay Fox for my rental and that I would not be getting my overcharge amount back. The public needs to be aware that Priceline overcharges its customers and does not reimburse the overcharge back.

Desired outcome: Would like to get my money back that was overcharged on my credit card

Priceline.com - Hotel booking

I booked a 3 day itinerary with Priceline, 3 hotels in 3 different cities. The first night they did not have the hotel booked correctly, but in a different city. I had to call and cancel with the wrong hotel Priceline booked and then book a different hotel for the night. I asked the hotel to notify Priceline of the cancellation and the Priceline agent tried to act like they did not receive it. They called the hotal and the receptionist said they hung up on her, but the agent reported to me that he could not get through and therefor could not provide a refund. I easily got through and the receptionist said that the Priceline people were being absurd, calling and hanging up on her. I asked her to send an email confirming that cancellation so I could get a refund, and the agent pretended that they could not see any email from the hotel. The agent said if I did not know the name of the receptionist that cancelled the reservation, he would not process the refund. What kind of absurd policy is that? I called the hotel and Maggie the receptionist immediately answered, told me her name and described the shady behavior of these Priceline agents. The second night on my Itinerary, Priceline did not have any reservation booked for me at all, even though my card had been charged and I was sent confirmation of hotel, date, etc, by email. The hotel I had booked through Priceline had received ZERO information about my reservation, and calling Priceline to fix this problem was like entering the Twilight Zone. I was passed from one agent to the next who spoke like robots and insisted all they could do was either put me on hold or transfer me to another "senior" agent. Three times in a row when I was transferred to a new agent the line just disconnected and I had to call back and start all over. Each time was the same and the agent insisted they had to transfer me to a different agent. When I finally did reach a new agent they were not "senior" or superior in anyway, and had not received any information about my case. I had to start over with a new agent, and then all they did was pass me on to another agent! This went on for nearly an hour until I became vocally frustrated and demanded a refund and to not be passed around anymore. I got a refund for the night they failed to book at all, but still fighting to get the refund for the cancellation the night before.

Desired outcome: REFUND

Priceline.com - Reserving a hotel room

I submitted an offer for a room in Norfolk VA and received an immediate declined offer response... only to find out later the offer was accepted. Because my initial response was that of a declined request I submitted another offer, more expensive, and it was accepted and used. When I requested a refund, it was denied in a way that gives the impression they (priceline) count on this happening enough to increase their profits. I will never use them again.

Desired outcome: restitution, and use of their services reconsidered
