This restaurant is terrible. While I don't mind waiting, about 95% of the time the food it is cold and poorly made. Unfortunately there is not another BK close by. McDonalds is basically across the street which I usually visit because of this issue. MD's does not have onion rings so I continue to take a chance and hope they are at least warm at BK. I don't usually complain, but for the money I do expect my food to be served as it should be. I have visited this BK off and on for several years and it seems that it is going downhill, although I don't know how much lower it can get.

I did notice other's comments that go back a couple years, but nothing seems to matter as the practice at the Manchester location continues to be a let down.
