I was contacted on short notice about my surgeon who was preforming liposuction is leaving. I am very understanding of that, but I did not get a refund.
I called a few times informing them that I can't reschedule due to life events and it being hard to get time off right now. Every person I talked to told me they would find out for me what they can do, but I never got a confirmation through email or even a phone call back. The staff is really nice, but I just need a clear answer.
I contacted them last week twice and will attempt to reach out again to get a full refund as I didn't get any services done just consultations. I am hoping it will get resolved through here, or my dispute in my bank transaction will go through.
I just do not feel like they will do anything because I got the same response from all the staff, but nobody has reached out to me.
Claimed loss: The amount that I have deposited was $3000 which is not a small sum of money.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and a written confirmation on exactly when that will happen.
