Husband bought me cosmetic products ; after I did extensive research to local the best healthy products for my face and came across Mineral Fusion cosmetics. Decided to try them. After merchandise arrived I applied for the 1st time the Intensive lipstick and the tip broke off! I contacted them by phone and then emails and after numerous attempts to get them to send me a new replacement; they refused! So Buyer Beware...Mineral Fusion company does NOT stand behind their products!
Desired outcome: Would have liked to have gotten a new replacement!
After purchasing the lipstick product and applying it for the 1st time, the tip broke off. Mineral fusion will not send a replacement n will not reimburse me for money spent ! they're unwilling to stand by their products!
I called them n left message n then email them numerous times but in the end they ended up saying that they basically will NOT replace lipstick...! Waste of time n money and then proved to me that they do NOT stand behind their products!
