DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHINE SOLAR HEADQUARTERED IN ROGERS ARKANSAS.
We had our system installed in 2019, and just found out 2 weeks ago, June 2023, that the whole thing was installed wrong. Meaning, my breakers melted because they illegally back fed the system. Probably because they screwed us out of the 12 more panels we paid for and didn't want to trench to run the extra wires.
Long story short, they did come back out last week, and what do you know, it's wrong again.
And of course, like the first time around, it didn't pass inspection. Why you ask?
After eleven hours of work, they illegally tied into the OG&E box, and didn't give us a shut off for the shop, they never submitted their plans for this major repair to the system as requested two weeks prior and they didn't fix the buses in the main breaker panel from the first illegal install.
Nor have we been paid for the new breakers we paid to install, or the LOSS of energy over the past three and a half years.
I keep hearing how Shine Solar is under new management and so much better than it was in 2019. That's bs. We can't get anyone to call us back or even answer an email.
I will keep posting on every single sight I can find until the job is corrected and we are compensated for our loses. We spent $60K on this system and from the first day of completion we have been trying to get them to right their wrongs.
So, don't do business with them.
Desired outcome: Still waiting to here back from them.
