Ordered 2 singles fries drink, both burgers were burnt on edges and dried out, took to counter and manager changing shift not waiting on customers about 6 customers walk out, other employees just doing nothing, we ask if they was waiting on anyone, manager said she just came on rude, finally they made one and we told them both and she said I’ll just give you your money instead rudely
Desired outcome: I received a refund but had to go somewhere else to eat. Nothing to do on my part but need y’all need to serve fresh food and take care of customers
