I drove up to there atm to check my checking balance, which I have done many other times, the machine ended up taking my card. I asked the ladies inside to help me. The one girl "steffany" proceeded to tell me when they get my card the next day it will be destroyed. Due to it is not from us bank. I asked how can I get my childs medicine that I needed to pick up down the road. She said with a smeark then go to your bank (Solon state bank *awesome bank just saying :]*) and get money. I said how is that possible when it is 4:30 and my back is 45 min away my bank closes at 5 so how can they help my situation and that is why I would use there machine for my balances and withdrawals when I need cash. She said it is not her problem. Wow! That's what I call great customer service and better yet compassion for the customer. This message is for steffany on mt. Vernon rd. "you do your job poorly and for that I will no longer use any of us banks' atm ever!

I came in the US bank over 10 years ! ago I never had no bounce checks, , I have always been a Great Customer But when I got to talk to A witch Name Chantel On corporate so she said! She is lowest
of the lowest customer unprofessional customer service ! She has no idea what is to be a great human ! being much less what is to be of service to great loyal Customers... Never in my life had seen such piece of trash like Chantel... Is to bad because She doesn't know what it is how to be of service to great loyal Customers! ! Bank of America has always continue to give excellent customer service the same like Credit Union Banks... Feel sorry for the nice two girls that knew and appreciated the other customers.. CHANTEL IS A PIECE OF TRASH SHE HAS TO BE KICK AND FIRE ASAP!

I went down to us bank to get a cashiers check to find out that I was going to be charged a additional seven dollars because I didn't meet the standards to get a free cashiers check when I have over 50k in my account. I then asked if I can have the cash instead and was told that they did not have it and was told to go to another bank that was located in a bad area of town. So since us bank did not want to give me a free cashiers check I decided to close all my accounts with them and now us bank will be losing my business and my families business.

There is a very valid reason that they did not give the card back to you; they have no way to verify that you are who you say you are. For instance, say the name on a captured non-US Bank card was John Smith. That's a very common name. What if the John Smith using the ATM stole the card from his neighbor named John Smith and was trying to get money out but couldn't guess the correct PIN so the machine timed out and took the card? The teller has no way to verify the person claiming to own the confiscated card. They can't ask the standard security questions like mother's maiden name, address, birthday, social, last deposit and the like because the card and real owner are not in their computer system.

Would you want your bank to give your lost card back to anyone that shared your name? I think not.

Try to put the shoe on the other foot once in a while.
