08/04/2022 I ordered a TV Antenna that is suppose to reach 990 miles for $89.97 for my Uncle. He got instead a 200 mile antenna that's stating on the box with antenna in it. Upon finding info on the antenna he got is half of what I paid for.
They have also put a recurring charge of $15.95 on my checking account from which I did not approve and know nothing about the reason of the charge.
Desired outcome: I would like the product I ordered and a refund of the $15.95 charge on my account.
I recently received an inferior and incorrect order from Untiltimesup.com. The order was for a fleece recliner cover with 4 pockets. I have more than 13 pages if documentation of my correspondences with what is suppose to be their customer services and have been told repeatedly that they were sending a refund after I returned the incorrect item which I did immediately. I still have not received the refund even after providing them with their own tracking number.
I have contacted the fraud unit at my bank and have asked them to investigate Untiltimesup.com for not returning my refund and to look for any recurring charges of $15.95 monthly which I didn't agree to. They have now been put on a stop payment.
In my opinion, this company is committing fraud and I'm going to also file a complaint through eBay and the BBB.
I order from this company and was automatically added to a $15.95 monthly membership that I did not sign up for. I have been trying to get a refund for three months now and still getting nowhere. They list a phone number on the website, but you cannot actually talk to someone. Email is the only option, and they tell you they are refunding you, but do not. Do not order from this company! You will regret it.
I am dealing with the same problem. I do not see on the box if it says 990 miles. But today they added a reoccurring charge of $15.95 to my charge card. I have gone over all the fine print, and cannot find that information anywhere.
