RCI resorts and am resorts
May 22, 2016, Cancun, Mexico
Stayed from May 22-May 27 at Dreams Sand Resort in Cancun Mexico with daughter and granddaughter. Was approached by Unlimited Vacation Club personnel before bags were even brought into facility for us to join them next morning for breakfast and all three of us would receive a free spa treatment. We joined them at 8:30 the next morning and 4 hours later, I was a member of the Unlimited Vacation Club at the tune of $16, 100.00. I paid them that morning $8, 999.00 which included $899.00 processing fees. When I returned home I began searching their web site, I could not find a lot of the information to verify their presentation. I sent an email on June 6, 2016 to the address provided me and three days later it was returned "refused". I began trying to reach someone by phone to voice my concerns with my membership. This is now three months later. Long story short, there are too many emails, correspondence, complaints, etc. to attach to this complaint. I have a record of everything. Bad news, this is a big scam. Anything that is conducted in Mexico, is under their law. This company has no cancellation policy. If you sign their so called contract, there is no way out aside from hiring a lawyer who can practice law in Mexico and bringing a law suit against them. They have their bases covered as I consulted a lawyer here in the United States concerning this mess. It is really hard to believe these four and five star resorts will let these scams be conducted on their premises. Stay away from these people, they are after your money.
Cancellation of membership
My husband and I on July 9 /2016 sign for this club membership but after we come back from our vacations my husband got his working hours drastically reduce and he is the only one working in our family of 5, I being trying to contact them by phone for a cancellation but I not receive any answer they just transfer me from person to another person and the last they let me waiting on the line for over an hour and without a solution I do not know what to do please I need help thanks.
All I can say is WATCH OUT. My wife and I joined the club in Puerto Vallarta last November and ever since then it has been one issue after another. We tried to get them to honour a lower price at one of their properties offered through another provider and they made life miserable for us. We then visited the Sunscape Resort in Curacao and although it met our expectations once we were there the hounding to upgrade our membership (Gold) to the next level began. After many discussions and negotiations we came to what we thought was an agreement only to be told the following day that head office did not approve it. As such we elected not to take their offer. We now have been offered a special deal to pay off our membership at a good rate I must admit which we are considering, however we now have a further dilemma with them that is really pushing me to sell my membership. We made reservations in May based on their promotion for ten (10) days at the Secrets Resort in Panama and have just been told that the resort will be switching to a Dreams Resort when it reopens just prior to our arrival. When I asked as to when the decision was made to switch all I was told it was recent. No one switches the function of a major resort on a whim as planning had to be done months in advance as well as obtaining the appropriate approvals. We should have been notified prior to booking our reservation which was one month prior to them closing for the renovations that this was about to happen. I am sure it will be a nice facility however it is for families and my wife and I were expecting an adults only vacation. When I enquired about this I was told there are three options. Fist off is to keep the reservation as is. The second is to cancel at no charge and finally the third is if we want to change locations we would be responsible for any additional fees. When I asked about the airfare portion which I have already paid for they basically said "so sad so bad'. Based on this we basically only have one option and that is to accept the reservation as is. This company continues to send out advertisements on specials that are so restrictive that I would really question their integrity. I am out to sell my membership now but when posting comments like this I am sure it will be difficult yet I can become a lounge lizard at their resorts and advise people to be careful as their business ethics are less than acceptable.
Scam and misrepresentation
We arrived at DREAMS RIVIERA CANCUN and were asked if we wanted to have breakfast at their new sister resort BREATHLESS RIVIERA CANCUN, DREAMS would pay for the taxi to/from, it had just opened and they wanted people to see the resort. and we would receive a gift certificate for the spa. We agreed.
The next morning we arrive at BREATHLESS RIVIERA CANCUN and was greeted with "ola's" and given the red carpet effect. We meet with a representative, Donna, who brought us to breakfast, offered drinks, talked about our vacation habits, and took us for a tour of the property. It is a beautiful resort. Then we go to the sales office where all the lies begin. We were offered a "premier gold plus" package with oceanfront view king room with a living area and hot tub on the balcony, access to helicopters in Punta Cuna in the Dominican Republican, yachts, two weeks FREE at ZOETRY ( a resort where the "stars" hangout) and access to any and all resorts ANYTIME with no blackout dates for forty (40) years. And all we would have to pay for is food and drinks which would range from $60 to $100 depending on the season. Wait, and we could get up to twenty (20) rooms for family and friends. After saying "no" multiple times because of future financial obligations and we have a timeshare with RCI, Donna calls over her sales manager, Christian. Christian tells us that UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB (UVC) will buy our RCI timeshare and lower the cost of the "premier gold plus" package, and he would move us from DREAMS (family resort) to BREATHLESS (all adult resort) that same day. WOW! Sounds UNBELIEVABLE! Well, it is. And, you will be offered alcoholic drinks throughout their sales spiel. Your representative will drink with you, maybe even do a shot with you.
After we arrive back home, we decide to call and make a reservation to the same resort (BREATHLESS) for my partners birthday. This is when we learn the truth about UVC and that we had been scammed! It's all lies. You WILL NOT get two weeks free, you WILL NOT get a rate between $60 and $100 dollars, you WILL NOT be able to get (20) rooms and on and on. What you WILL GET IS SCAMMED and MISREPRESENTATION. Nothing that was presented to us exist.
After taking nearly $20, 000 from us, we are going after whoever we can via consultation with an attorney.
IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN WITH THE FIGHT TO RECOUP YOUR MONEY...PLEASE RESPOND.
We are sickened that we simply go to Mexico to enjoy what little time we get to enjoy time together to be taken for so much money.
And to add insult to injury, we simply called BREATHLESS Riviera Cancun directly to check how much it would cost for us to stay for four days and three nights...and the difference was a measly $100.00 (without the package). So, here is your advantage for buying a package with UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB/AMresorts.
I cannot believe that we cannot go after them. Such a horrible experience and everything is lies. I finally took their calls for their intro set-up and at the end they tried to get more money out of me! Unbelievable. I want nothing to do with these sham resorts. Please include me on any civil-action.

We fell for this 3 wks ago and we realized it just lies. We are trying to cancel please let us know who helped you.
We had a nightmare when we signed up for UVC while on honeymoon in Riviera Maya last month. The director of UVC sales wouldn't let us cancel and even said we had waived our right to cancel which was really upsetting and risked ruining our honeymoon and the start of our lives together as husband and wife! Thankfully we have been released from our contract and can now laugh about an almost very expensive lesson learnt. If anyone is having trouble with UVC or any other timeshare for that matter and wants out, I highly recommend you immediately contact Ben at TSTransfer on b.gregory@tstransfer.com or +[protected]
My wife and I joined in 2015 and have had many of the same issues you all have had. I would love to join in the fight. Please let me know how i can help.

Do NOT buy a membership from Unlimited Vacation Club!
I have just finished doing battle with UVC over my complaint with our upcoming vacation in Panama. Although it took a considerable amount of my time and concerted effort I am happy to say we got what we wanted. On numerous occasions I was being handled by a Customer Service Representative or their Supervisor and the basic position they took was "we apologize for the inconvenience". After going ballistic I wrote them saying I was sick and tired of dealing with people who cannot or are not allowed to make decisions and if I didn't hear from someone who could make a decision the next person they would hear from is my lawyer. I also said that I would continue with my vacation as it is all paid including airfare but I would sit outside their sales office and advise people not to be pressured and watch for their scams. Surprise surprise within 48 hours I got that response from someone who could make a decision and a favourable one at that. It is all done now but buyer beware. Hopefully after my recent experience we will be treated accordingly. Watch for my review on Trip Advisor when we return in the last week of November.
We fell for this last week for $14, 000.00 and cancelled within the "hassle free" allotted time. They told us that since we had used portions of the $500.00 leisure cash, that it would cost $2000.00 to cancel since that is the amount the resort charges them for $500.00 in leisure cash. Then they told us we could use the $2000.00 to purchase a $5000.00 plan. We cancelled that too, as we were about to miss our flight. We spent 3 days of our 5 day vacation dealing with this. The first day, the sale and the other 2 trying to cancel this "hassle free cancelation." We are home in the USA now and still battling this nightmare. We have no problem paying the $500.00 leisure cash, even though the spa and excursion cost less than that. I also think feeding people alcohol while doing this hard sell is most unethical.
When we got home and read the reviews, we were sickened to our stomachs. Not to mention THIS vacation to get screwed over was made hellish from day one. Buyer beware! Just say "NO!" Instead we are are left to fight this total ripoff with dishonest people!
We just came back from Riveria Maya in Mexico and fell for the UVC Membership ourselves. I feel like an idiot now reading all of these reviews. I would like to be a part of whatever claim to get out of this also. I could stop paying on it also.

Cancellation of membership
We attended a presentation in May 2016. We were told by Sonia the sales manager at Breathless that we could cancel the membership BEFORE the first payment was made. Her response was "but you will not want to cancel". Our first attempt to possibly use the program would have cost far more than what was presented. We can take that same vacation through another membership for much less. We have contacted UVC a minimum of 6 times to opt out of the program via phone calls and e-mails. No one returns calls or emails. What I have found is that language becomes a huge issue when trying to cancel or request info on how to get out of this program. The last person we spoke to was David Rodriguez who assured us he would call back with the necessary information or cost to opt out of this program. Still waiting, there has been no return phone call. An e-mail was received from Mark R. Proulx with a cash out incentive program 5% discount to pay off the balance. I responded by e-mail that I wanted to cancel the membership and requested direction on how to do this ...no response received from Mark R. Proulx or any other UVC employee.
The concerns raised in our complaint were thoroughly reviews and discussed with UVC representatives. UVC have worked with us and been in frequent communication to resolve our concerns and issues. The matter has been and fully resolved to our satisfaction.
My wife and I joined The Unlimited Vacatiuon Club in July 2016 while staying at Secrets Maroma in Cancun, Mexico. Upon signing the contract the whole thing didn't sit well with me. On Saturday July 9, I called the office in Miami to notify them that I was canceling my membership. I followed followed up the phone call with written email to the company on Monday July 11. A few days later I received a text notifying me that the company was in receipt of my email, that I'd be contacted by someone within 24-48 hours. On Sunday July 17, I was contacted by a woman from the company who was present with us during the signing of the contract. She tried to sweeten the deal. I had to explain that this was not within our financial plans. She said that my $10, 649.00 deposit would be credited back to my Visa card. I awaited with great trepidation...I can happily report that the money was credited back a few days after and I am no longer a member of the Unlimited Vacation Club!
I signed up a month ago in the excitement of a relaxing vacation.
Unfortunately I was feed a bunch of lies which I realized after my vacation.
I called to book what was supposed to be my first of two free week long vacation I was told that was not part of the contract.
Others lies were told to me before I sighed. I work hard and don't make much. I need out of this terrible scam!
I am not happy with this scam club! I just received a call from the unlimited vacation club concerning my vacation at Secrets Playa Bonita in Panama. Apparently the resort is now closed for construction and will be closed until October. Except, my vacation is in August for my birthday. They had to have known when I booked in May that this resort would be closed. Reconstruction ideas for a hotel are not implemented overnight! The resort has been closed for 2 days and now they call. Then they tell me that they have good news. They were able to help me out by making arrangements for me to stay at the nearby Westin. But, if I didn't want to take their offer I could cancel without any penalty. First of all, how are you helping me? I booked the resort I wanted. I booked an adults only, and the Westin is not adults only. The plane tickets have been purchased to Panama and will cost me to change flights and there is only a month left to make other plans. They show no regard for the inconvenience and keep telling me how they are assisting me. It is bad enough that I could have booked my vacation through bookit or cheapcarribean and paid less, but now they seem to have set me up. I asked to speak with a manager or executive and they won't give me any names. The so-called supervisor won't give me her last name because according to her it is against company policy. Something needs to be done. I am willing to join others in a lawsuit if there is one. Please let me know.
Membership plan
My fiancé and I recently vacationed in Cancun and were pitched the Unlimited Vacation Club. We were interested in Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita. Our sales rep said the current rate is $160/person per night. The manager, Victor, said "$160/person per nights?!? No, maybe at Christmas, not now. The rates are $95/person / per night". A week later (past the "cancellation deadline", we actually received our log in information, so that we could verify the rates, before making our deposit for the wedding, the rates were at least double what we were quoted- easily $250/person per night in July.
We called to cancel on the basis of misrepresentation. We were told that we would receive a phone call within 48 hours. Five days later, no call. We called again and were told once again to expect a phone call within 48 hours.
We were contacted by the company after our second call 48 hours later. A week later, we were able to reach an agreement that was satisfactory to all parties. The company also reached out to us via this website within 24 hours of filing a complaint.

I went in Dreams Huatulco Mexico...They told me if I go have breakfast for a sale presentation they will discount $200 per hour massage..I went to the Breakfast with the sale man Jason...During 2 hours he just told me all kind of lies...Like If I become a member for $26000 I will have all kinds of benefits...Using their yacht..Helicopter...Free Holidays...I said ok...After going back home I called the Vacation Club...It was just LIES...THEY ARE NOT CORRECT...I AM WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD Co to Charge them back...Never believe on them...A SCAM..Call Me IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE..Ali Salmassi [protected]
They have fix my issues..Great Management.
We have put down $15, 000 towards the full $ 21, 000 payment of Silver Membership for 30 yrs. We still do not have a legal contract due to their mistake on down payment. After reading all the lies and unkept promises, we are scared to follow through. It seems that everyone gets different perks. We didn't even get a discount for nearly paying all cash. We also got free yachts, 28 free nights, 4 Bonus weeks from RCI for 249.00 each. Now we are learning it could be all lies? Help! Need some feedback. Donna
UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB! SCAM! And don't think the other resorts are not in on it too. Do not attend any presentations involving this company...
Vacation club scam
I’m writing this with the hope that it will save at least one person/family from the negative hardship that has happened to me. I visited Mexico the first week in March (2016) with my daughter. Immediately upon getting our rental car from the Hertz rental place I was approached by a salesman (unknown to me at that time, I thought he worked at the car...

My partner and I (plus 20 family members) were in Punta Cana from Feb 9-16 2016, staying at the Now Garden Resort. We purchased our package thru Westjet Vacation package for $4, 700 CAD
We spend a total of 6 hours with the sales team regarding the purchase of the Unlimited Vacation Club package for AMResorts on Feb 10, 2016.
We were asked how much we paid for our trip from the sales person, and we told her. she calculated out that we paid about $3, 500 CAD for accommodation cost from the package. She punched in some numbers on the calculator and told us that if we were a member, we would only be paying $70 USD/night per person to stay at the Now Garden Resort for the same date that we are travelling now. She even told us sometimes it could be even cheaper then $70 or maybe a little more then that.
we purchased the Unlimted Vacation Club package at $11, 500 CAD and signed all the papers.
However afterward, I re-read the documents again, and noticed that we are only getting 25% off the regular published rate. However that don't added up with what the sales rep. was telling us. compare from $500 CAD per night with Westjet down to $140 USD/ night if you are a member.
Next morning we went back to the sales office and spoke to the sales rep again, and she referred me to talk to the manager there so he can explain it to us much better. I asked the manager to show us the member price for this resort, as I don't have access to the members area yet. we didn't watch him log in in the website, he just come up and showed us a page showing the cost to stay at Now Larimar Resort (which is in the same resort area as Now Garden resort), the price showed $1, 500 USD, and I then asked him why $1, 500 when we were quoted $140/night. I was advise because Now Larimar Resort is a little more expensive. After that I didn't question them about it anymore. We rather pay $1, 500 USD to stay at this resort then $3, 500 CAD
today is Feb 22, 2016, I received an email with my username and password to log into the members area. I tried to check to see what our rate would be to stay at the Now Larimar resort for this week, the rate for 2 people is $2, 870 USD, that is WAY more then the $1, 500 USD i was shown by the Manager. I have been totally LIED and MISLEADED by the sales person and the sales manager.
$2, 870 USD converted to CAD $ at the rate of 1.4 exchange = $4, 018 CAD
I paid $11, 500 CAD to pay for vacation package that cost more then if I were to go book it thru Westjet Vacation package? I must be stupid!
I want a full refund for the 50% payment of $5, 750 CAD that was charged on my credit card, as I have been mislead into buying into this Unlimited Vacation Club deal.
seems like a scam to me, I want my money back also.
Not what they promised
We signed up for unlimited vacation club in July last year they promised rooms for a week at any of the secrets or sunscape resort would be no more than 569 for the week. We would get three bonus weeks for anywhere with rci that needed to be booked with in the year and could be scheduled several years out if we liked. The resorts offer no rooms for that for the week. The bonus weeks I couldn't book anywhere in Central America for the summer. It's 6 months out come on. Looked at booking secrets in Costa Rica they wanted 3300 for the week. I called my travel agent he got us room at secrets and airfare for two for 3500. Really where are the benefits. This is a complete scam. They give me the run around on phone and after two weeks we get a call from mediator who tells us they want 50% to cancel. Looking for an attorney as we speak. Hate to admit I was scammed
I accidentally deleted their response wanting me to contact them again on their site. They have gave me the run around and tell me I misunderstood what they said and they never said what I heard to make the package worth my time and money. I just want it canceled and can't even get them to do that ready to just cut my losses
Lies about everything!
My elderly parents love to travel. They are fun, social, friendly, and generous to a fault. They were invited on a recent vacation to attend a presentation for UVC. Newly settled into retirement they felt like they might want to join one of these programs, to potentially make it easier to plan their trips- do paperwork and payment now, and then travel when you want. My Dad had concerns committing to a 30-year program, as he is already 75. The salesman promised him that this was no problem. Many members had similar situations and needed to spend their “points” in less time due to age. He informed my parents that they could transfer their last 15 years of pre-paid points, to the first 15 years and spend them at a faster rate by upgrading their accommodations. The terms they were quoted were a $25, 000 lump sum, and then a $700/year maintenance for each year until your purchased points are used up. My parents clarified- DOES THE MAINTENANCE FEE END WHEN THE POINTS ARE USED UP? The answer was “Absolutely!”
My parents aren’t dumb or gullible. But they are from a time when gentlemen’s agreements are made, you negotiate deals, and your word means something. They don’t have the same consumer skepticism that most of us more digitally savvy folks do. In hindsight, their big mistake was not trudging through the detailed and complex contract to look for all the promises that had been made (by salesman Lance Vaughan [protected]@hotmail.com). If they had, then what they would have realized is that they signed up to pay $25, 000 and $700/year for THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. Obviously my father doesn't expect to be using this program aged 105! Even when my parents asked about that specific aspect, UVC confirmed that transferring the points forward wouldn't cost them, and that it was noted in the contract. In reality, it was nowhere in the contract.
Almost immediately my parents tried to book their first trip and ran into inconsistencies between what the salesmen promised, and what the vacation coordinators were saying. My father has tried to talk to supervisors and management for help (Robert Lieffers – Director of Sales [protected]@msn.com), but no one seems to care now that the money has exchanged hands and a contract has been signed. I called on their behalf, with the intention of explaining more clearly the terms to which they’d agreed. The customer service gal was defensive, insulting, flippant, and ended our exchange by shouting “You better get your facts straight, ma’am”. My parents have pleaded with them, stating that they simply won’t be able to use this program later in life and they will be unable to make the payments. UVC’s response was that it would be turned over to collections.
To say that my parents are devastated is an understatement. There have been tears, arguments, incredible stress and fear about factoring this into their future fixed income. We’ve all tried to contact this company to discuss options or work out some sort of agreement, but UVC just tells us to “Review the Contract”. We weren't even looking to escape the contract altogether, we were looking to have it honor what was represented! We could use the prepaid points by upgrading in the first 15 years and then be done with it! But no one at UVC will even consider any remedy to this situation- or speak to us for that matter. I've never heard of a company not attempting to reconcile or agree to talk through a misunderstanding.
My family loves the concept of timeshare and vacation programs. They would’ve been happy customers for life, and been UVC’s (and the industry’s) greatest evangelists. But I find myself now focused on making sure no one else falls for this same misrepresentation of facts and coercion especially the more senior customer segment. Additionally, our community of UVC members should be fully aware of these practices.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
We are in a similar situation. My wife and I were worn down after 6.5 hours of our HONEYMOON was wasted listening to them apply high pressure tactics all the while feeding us copious amounts of alcohol. We were both highly intoxicated at the signing of the contract (we have pictures to prove it). Any and all contact we've had with UVC since then has been nothing short of frustrating. Today when we decided, "well, we are already $7, 000 into it, might as well use it for going on a vacation", my wife called and attempted to set something up. After being passed to NINE different representatives and given 4 DIFFERENT quotes for the same trip, each one higher than the last, she finally just hung up hysterically crying. They have now wasted a grand total of 9 hours of our lives and so far have only TAKEN money from us. I thought in exchange for all of the money we are paying them, that we would receive some sort of goods and or services...all we've received are headaches and possibly an ulcer. I'm guessing the only thing I'll hear from this is "we tried to contact you but you didn't answer so we closed the case" which is CERTAINLY bullcrap as well...
I'm curious, was this settled?

Cancellation of membership
My wife and I vacationed at Cancun, Mexico from April 1st to April 5th, 2015 . At April 4th we attended a presentation at Secret The Vine Resort in Cancun owned by Unlimited Vacation Club. We were told about a lot of benefits of becoming a member of Unlimited Vacation Club. We signed a contract of $21, 900 and paid $6740.74 on the spot. When we returned to...

Looks I am one of many that got talked into something that was not what it was touted to be. I do wish to be notified by the individual that was getting a class action against this 'club' as I will join in. Paying for something that you can't use is the pits, a great way to make money off people for selling nothing. if all went well when we tried to book a date or make changes online it would be fine but you can't for changes you have to talk to their office Fl., and they charge for any and all changes some have double fees! I really like the Dreams resorts too bad they partnered with these rip off artists.
Putting limits on periods during which premier weeks can be used is bad. I was unable to use me 2 premier weeks because my brother was dying of cancer. They expired and would only be restored if we upped our membership level for another $10, 000. Cannot be restored without paying that money. Does this make sense? Is this something you want to send good money after bad? I think not. Run fast if they try to con you. I will go to all ends to ensure that I can sav others from this very stupid mistake,
Unethical sales practices
I recently went on a trip to Mexico and was taken in by a Secrets vacation club in which the talk was fast, the smiles unlimited, the promises undocumented and the small incidential's not even mentioned. After returning home and reviewing and researching this club we found many cons and some pros regarding this club. Items mentioned very briefly at the presentation were glanced over, other items in the contracts were not even mentioned. Upon calling UVC about our wanting to cancel this contract due to breach, they keep calling and emailing me for a response...I sent them my original letter stating why I was cancelling (PS not cancellation clause in contract) and they responded back with a counteroffer (extra add on's to what the original purchase was). I had to leave for a business trip and have not been able to respond to their counteroffer as of yet but will shortly. Since I cancelled the credit/debit card I used so they cannot withdraw any funds, and I filed a complaint with my banking institution and received a provisional credit until we get this worked out.
I swear the sales reps took Jordan Belfort's Straight Line of Persuasion course! I will never again attend another one of these type presentations! Old saying buyer beware is one to live by!
Hoping to get this resolved shortly!
I have been sending them correspondence stating that we were taken in by their salesperson misrepresentation of the actual deal. feeding us alcoholic drinks during the presentation and at the breakfast/brunch, that their counter offer trying to persuade us to take the deal with additional perks show that there was no meeting of the minds which is what a contract requires by law. I closed the account out that was given for auto payments and my bank has given us a provisional credit. The case is still active so I do not know what the next step will be... to be continued!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
HI
I am from Illinois and would be very interested in supporting a class action lawsuit. I was sold a product/service under false pretense, I was told the "free week: was available for immediate use and would waive the black out dates in exchange for singing up with them. Long story short, I just got off the line with Fabiola Enriquez Fenriquez@unlimitedvc.com from the member quality assurance department and she indeed gloated about being protected by the laws of Panama for a company doing business in Mexico and owned by Hyatt which holds head quarters in Chicago. She referred me to her legal team as she claimed she didn't have a superior or manager above her. Arbitrationmanager@unlimitedvc.com. I was told to be released from the contract they would need 50% of the value of the contract to be released. So imagine if you fell for their 100k, 50k, 25k, package, then you would owe them 50% of those amounts. These people scam you into buying something that is not true and then charge you extra just to be released. When you call them out on their unethical practices and lies they get very defensive and threaten you with credit agencies going after you credit.
If any one does have an active lawsuit or in the works of creating one I would like to speak to you as this practice will continue until someone does anything about it. I do have her on recording specifically saying that they did offer the free week before but then took it away as people caught on to their games.

I just came back from cancun and sorry to say but they persuaded my wife to get a 10 yrs. packet. As in your case we signed lots of papers that I am sure nobody really reviews until one gets home and the alcohol and exaggeration of benefits has faded. I have been reading it but can't find anywhere our right to cancel. However, I found a section a where they have 30 days to reject. The whole contract is one sided. For instance you can only sue in Dominican Republic. Strangely enough in other section it says that you can not taken them to court. You are only allowed to use a mediator.
hello,
i am in the same boat did you fix this ?
my email address is MYOB66@msn.com if you can email me maybe we can get together and get our money back >
Joann
I got out of it.
The bank denied the provisional credit, however, after a few more emails to the company, they decided to give in and sent me back my full deposit. It took over 5 months from start to finish...glad it was over. I will never do that again!
Did you get it resolved?
I am wondering if you have since figured this out. Were you able to get back your money in full? I hope so! Please help if you have advice. Thanks!
Misleading and lies - I know because I worked there
It's a scam. . . Do not purchase with this club! I went through training there and they teach you how to sell ''air''. The managers teaching us referred to this product as ''air'' and showed us how to sell ''air'' to clients! They sell a discount program. Members of unlimited vacation club receive 25% off hotel rooms, but if you go through expedia or any...
