We attended a presentation a Secrets Moxche' during our honeymoon in Cancun. The resort was amazing, we had lots of champagne, we were in a wonderful mood, and we were misled. While sitting there, I tried to google the program, but I did not get any internet service. We thought we were getting a vacation plan, and did not realize we were purchasing a "discount plan." I realize we are well passed the 5 day cooling off period, and have been paying on this plan for months. We never received a welcome call. I called to inquire about how to use the plan. The call dropped, and the representative never even called back. By the time this happened, it was passed the 5 days. We continued to pay. Now I try to use the program, and I immediately see that the discount is the same thing I could get on a free website. I call the company to complain, and the customer service is awful. I just want to cancel and get a refund. We were even convinced to purchase a fly back plan, that we cannot even use. I want it all cancelled. I want our money back. We feel misled and taken advantage of. I hate that I came to this realization so late. I called on Tuesday, a representative answered the call, verified my identity, put me on hold for over an hour, and the business closed. Can you imagine sitting on hold, and the representative goes home for the day? My stomach hurts, and I feel sick. I want to start a class action lawsuit, if anyone is interested.

Desired outcome: I want to cancel and I want a full refund of both programs.

I email this company with the requested information on March 14. The company replied and literally asked me for thousands more dollars to cancel this scam. They literally want more money to let us out of this scam. Hyatt should be ashamed to be associated with this company. The only reason we got involved was the Hyatt name, and now Hyatt won’t help.
I already spoke with them. There must be someone above them. They want me to pay more money just to cancel. I believe I was misled and taken advantage of. I should not have to pay more to cancel when I want a refund. I purchased on my honey moon. I relied on the World of Hyatt Brand and believed this was a great company to be a part of. It wasn’t until months later when I tried to use it, that I realized it was not what I thought it was. I need an exception to be made. I want a refund, and I want this canceled. I don’t want another offer or to pay more. I want the fly back program also canceled. That’s the only thing that will make me satisfied. Let me out of this scam and give our money back.
