They claim they attempted two deliveries and never did multible times being I work from home. They have my phone number and never called. They claim the packages were sent back to the seller but the tracking shows the items are at their warehouse. A third party would take over the tracking and give it a new tracking number if that was the case but they didn't do this being ***. Another time the tracking said wrong address attempted delivery. It was a store two doors down they told me nothing was ever attempted to be delivered there. UNI UNI employee hung up on me twice being I trying to figure things out. Now I see they no longer have a phone number listed on thier site. I have in writing by email them saying the package was there, then wasn't there and then there so I drove there which takes two hours and it was there. The label had my correct address on it and they said in the tracking information wrong address so the seller would have been on the hook for it. The item was only valued under twenty dollars and wasn't worth the drive. I used to buy from different stores in China and everything came fine till they started using UNI UNI. Now you never get your items. This business should be investigated for *** behavior. When I was last at UNI UNI there were two others also saying they work from home during business hours and UNI UNI never delivered the item nor tried to call them when they had this information.

uniuni My husband placed an order from ****

My husband placed an order from ***. We received a door tag, with the attempted delivery on June 30. We do not know if the driver left the door tag on the door of the apartment, slipped this under the door with out knocking, or left the tag outside the building and another tenant slipped it under our door. We tried a "knock on the door" test. Even lightly, my husband was able to hear the door. We also performed a "front door buzzer" test. The front door comes up on my husbands cell phone as Front Entrance. Had the delivery person tried to buzz the apartment number, they would have received a response with a request to "wait just a moment" We would have met the driver at the door. Prior to beginning this review, I did call and leave a message. The automated recording informed me I would receive a call back in 1 -2 days. My husband also contacted the company on Saturday, July 3 and has not yet received a call back. I did receive a call back with in two hours. Pleasantly surprised. As I am composing this, I have since received a telephone call back from Uni Express, the caller was very pleasant and assured me the package will be be re-delivered, confirming the address and delivery instructions (one gold star). The caller assured me there would not be a charge for the re-delivery (as it should be) and that the package will arrive this Saturday between 1 and 7 pm. (two gold stars). While I would not recommend this company, I must remember there are imperfect people behind the scenes, who are doing their best. I hope Uni Express is able to continue to improve their services and deliver the customer service experiences they are likely striving for.

uniuni A delivery tag was left for a package

A delivery tag was left for a package. The time of attempted delivery was 12:00 pm. At 12:00 pm I was at home, and no one attempted to actually deliver the package by buzzing my suite. I learned later there is a cost for second delivery. That explains it. I called numerous times, different locations to ask about setting up another delivery, no one ever picks up the phone. After a few days, I advised Uniexpress that they need to send the package back to the shipper, because I can't pick up the package and no one is around for another delivery. They told me this is not possible. I need a special letter from them, to provide to the shipper, then when they get a request from the shipper to ship the package back to them, then they will send it back. I followed these instructions, I never heard of any courier company doing this. I contacted the shipper to find out when they will send a request to Uniexpress. The response from the shipper was that that they don't know why Uniexpress has not shipped the package back, and they are still waiting to receive confirmation. When I contacted Uniexpress again to ask why they have not shipped the package back to the sender, even after I sent a letter to the shipper and did all that was requested, another response was given that made no sense at all "*** Nothing made sense. I finally contacted the shipper who agreed to refund the purchase and deal with Uniexpress directly. I have no idea why anyone would use this courier company. Avoid this company at all cost.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! VERY VERY SKETCHY. ON MONDAY JUNE 28 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER ADVISING ME HE HAS A PACKAGE FOR ME. I INSTRUCTED HIM TO LEAVE IT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR AS I LIVE IN A CONDO AND DID NOT WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED DOWN STAIRS. HE SAID NO PROBLEM. HALF HOUR LATER I CAME HOME AND NO PACKAGE! SO I PHONED HIM AND ASKED HIM WHERE HE LEFT MY PACKAGE AND HE TOLD ME "IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR" SO I ADVISED HIM IT WAS NOT THERE AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL THE UNI EXPRESS OFFICE AND PROVIDED ME THE NUMBER. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I CALLED THE OFFICE TO ADVISE THEM OF THE LOST PARCEL AND THEY AFFIRMED ME THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND TOLD ME THERE IS A PICTURE THAT THE DELIVERY GUY TOOK TO CONFIRM THE DELIVERY. I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN SEE A DOOR NUMBER ON THE PICTURE THINKING MAYBE HE LEFT IT IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSE DOOR AND THE PERSON INFORMED ME THAT IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS A MAIL ROOM! I ASKED HIM TO SEND ME THE PICTURE. ON THE PICTURE, THIS *** LEFT MY BIG *** PARCEL LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LOBBY DOWNSTAIRS. NOT ONLY DID HE LIE ABOUT WHERE MY PARCEL WAS LEFT, HE WAS TOO *** LAZY TO TAKE THE ELEVATOR UP TO PROPERLY DELIVER MY PACKAGE WHERE WE AGREED. IN FRONT OF MY DOOR! Through a third party seller on *** i purchased a crystal chandelier chain which was coming from China. The seller chose UniUni as their carrier. The package was meant to be delivered in early February. The package never arrived. I then contacted the seller to get the tracking information and found out it could not be delivered due to address not found. I contacted Uniuni was forwarded to the Burnaby warehouse of which no one picked up. I then started an email exchange with uniuni. I gave them the address which was the same they already had. I was assured it would be delivered. It was not. I contacted them again via email, went through everything all over again. I was told it would be delivered…it was not. Finally I contacted them for the fourth time and reached a person, “Henry”, who told me that they had a wrong address. The house number was put under unit and only the street number was on the other line. My address is very simple and to me it did not make sense. I did say the address they had was correct. I was then told it was the sellers fault or mine. I was then spoken to in a very *** way as I suggested that the unit number was representing my house number made sense to me. He was very confrontational on the phone and when I asked when I could expect delivery, I was told they have 7 days to deliver as I am just contacting them. I said I had contacted them on 3 previous occasions. Henry’s response was that this was the first time I was contacting him. I asked if he was an owner or manager of the company and he would not answer. He said now that I spoke to him he has made the address correction in a very very dismissive way. I got the sincere feeling he would not of spoken this way if it was my husband. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a carrier service. The package has been in their possession for about a month what’s another 7 days. Fingers crossed it actually gets delivered. I DO NOT recommend UniUni.

Worst of the worst in Canada. One continuous glorious failure. NO buzzer, NO call (there is a phone number on the package), NO email... How am I supposed to even know that somebody would come and throw my package in the hallway to be ***... Customer support tells me that the driver just threw my package in a busy hallway next to a swimming pool entrance and a stairway entrance to outside... It was stolen in minutes, if not seconds... They tell me that constitutes "delivery". Hello? In what twisted *** sense, *** means "delivery"? I must be behind times in new delivery technologies... I was at home the whole time and I was periodically getting out and checking for a package, but found NOTHING. *** I only know that I got NOTHING. With complete lack of any responsibility, these *** wasted my package. Just like that. Imagine the package travelling from China to Toronto, to be wasted just a few meters of me... That's an absolutely idiotic situation to be in, and that's exactly what UniUni does to me. And that's not the first time they did this to me. This is a recurring pattern. I complained. I tried to tell them they are doing it all wrong. But no, I got tons of fresh ***. It was a surreal experience. I try to avoid the UniUni *** as the plague, but the greedy folks at ***, combined 3 orders into 1 and changed my shipping to ***, and *** uses UniUni... Oh, God, noooo... Result, I lost all 3 orders, thanks to UniUni. Whooosh. UniUni's "fly by night", *** approach to making money is utterly reprehensible. I want refunded every single penny of the contents of the package UniUni facilitated *** from me. Every single penny. And an apology. And a promise that will never happen again. Ever.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a parcel from a company in China. This is the second time I’ve been placed with Uni Express. The first time was ok. However, this time is not the case. First of all, the tracking is a nightmare. You can track your package on Uni express website, and also on the website for a company called “***” I’m not sure how these are connected. The tracking info is all different, not updated in a timely manner at all. This alone causes a lot anxiety after reading countless negative reviews for both companies, here on ComplaintsBoard.com and all over ***. So many lost packages, months waiting while parcels sit in warehouses, rude customer service etc. But I hoped for the best. My package sat in the warehouse for a few days, so I emailed Uni express to ask them if it was possible to just come pick my package up from their warehouse to avoid waiting longer. Really, I just wanted to bypass the delivery so my package didn’t go missing like so many others. They responded the next day, saying my package was delivered at 10:40 am, and attached an extremely useless photograph of a mans torso holding my parcel in an indecipherable location saying it was proof of delivery. Literally the photo was zoomed in so much, you could only see the package and the guys chest and hand. I live in a high rise condo with a concierge and a mail room, so I went downstairs to investigate. There was no package with the concierge and no package in the mail room. I emailed Uni express again, asking them to tell me where they left the parcel as I couldn’t find it and the photo wasn’t very useful. They replied with a photo of an entirely different parcel at an entirely different house! I told them I live in a high rise condo and that was obviously not my place or package, and they replied with the same photo they sent of the mans torso holing my package. I emailed them again, asking for assistance on finding my package, as the same photo was not helpful, and they told me they confirmed with the driver that the driver had called me, and buzzed my buzzer, and “one of my families” came down to get it. They instructed me to check with all members of my household and if I can’t find it, initiate an investigation/refund with the company I purchased from. I would have believed that, except I LIVE ENTIRELY ALONE, all of my family lives in another country, my phone call logs are empty, not one call today from anyone, and my buzzer, which is also connected to my phone, didn’t ring either. So either the company is being dishonest or the driver is being dishonest. I told them the driver is not correct, that I live alone and no phone calls came in, and they changed their story saying to check with the front desk if they have received my parcel, which I had already done. Still no idea where my package is, extremely frustrated with this courier who seemingly gets away with straight up robbing peoples parcels and getting away with it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My package arrived in my area but had to be rerouted to their warehouse due to an address problem. It has now been 7 weeks with no activity and this is after 6 emails and 3 phone calls where I was told they will get a 2nd delivery attempt out within 7 days. This "company" shouldn't exist.

On Friday January 29th I recieved a text message stating delivery failed customer not home. Stating follow door tag instructions no door tag to be found. No contact number for this business only email so I emailed still have not received a response . In the text message I received from them it states I will have to pay for delivery or pick up at their warehouse which is a different city and right now we all of Ontario is in a lockdown. I do not expect to have to pay they can leave at my door like other businesses I have been waiting for this item for two months very unhappy

I received a delivery attempt sticker on my apartment building door on Saturday April 11. On it, it said they had come at 7:50 am and there was no response. I was home, they never rang the buzzer for my apartment. The sticker says I now have to pick up my parcel in Richmond with in 30 days. I call the phone number on the sticker its a recording telling you to call before coming to get your parcel and for more assistance press extension ***, no one ever picks up, there is no operator, it goes in a loop. I have tried several times to reach them leaving messeges, no one responds. I don’t understand why they would not buzz my apartment, now I can’t get my package.

2nd time that a package has been sent using this sorry excuse for a delivery service. I wish vendors would use better companies for deliveries. It pretty much went the same way as the first package. Their driver comes, doesn't even try and simply leaves a "missed delivery package", when you call, they say that the driver called but no such call ever came in, I have been home ALL day for both deliveries. Both times they've said they'll re-deliver in a few days, only to NOT show up. I've called to ask where my package is and they say that the package is at the warehouse in Burnaby and I should go pick it up or they'll deliver 4 days later and it's a paid second delivery. It is infuriating that their drivers don't try and the company doesn't care. Too bad there's no option for minus 5 stars. Now I was told they'd get someone to deliver my package TODAY, which I'm expecting to go the same way my first package went "the will not deliver it or even try, then tell me tomorrow that the driver ran out of time and couldn't make it to the warehouse to pick it up and they'll still set it up for Saturday". It's so hard to understand them and they don't care about your package.

I ordered a product from a company which was to be shipped by Uni Express. I have been in communication with Uni Express about my package on Tuesday March 23rd, when a uni express employee told me my package will be in my hands by Friday morning. I have been waiting since MARCH 12 since it arrived ti the warehouse for my package to arrive. What made it more annoying was the fact that my friend ordered 2 weeks after me and recieved her package while I’m waiting. Today, the day where I was promised to receive it, it says forwarded to 3rd party on my tracking page on Uni Express which I can clearly see I have been lied to. Where is my package? I will definitely not be ordering with a company shipping with Uni Express again

I found a door tag taped to the public front outside entrance stating the date August 11 time 6:30 am or pm not noted a tracking number that is poorly written therefore wasn’t able to track my package. As for an address it only has the unite # then my first and last name. Then it says that we dropped your parcel at and the Uní warehouse is checked off and telling me that I can come pick it on what looks like August 14. Well this is where I’m at now , it’s August 17 I’ve been calling the number stamped on my door tag from 11am until 7pm but have yet to speak to a customer service rep or any customer anything I’ve sent an email and still awaiting a response back in my email I gave my full address information and asked what was the extra price for the second delivery but now with being ignored and made to pay for delivery once more considering the lack of communication with the company and now it’s 3 days pass for me to be able to pick up out in Burnaby which is just ridiculous considering that I paid enough to have door to door delivery, I live downtown, don’t have a vehicle and I will not take public transportation considering that we are in a stressful time dealing with social distancing and the uprise with Covid 19 cases . So I just wanted to share my frustrations and discuss with how to get more money out of a customer in a second delivery is sneaky business. We

On January 2nd I received a text from UNI Express that my address was incorrect which it was, the name *** was randomly put under my address, and that it was a failed delivery attempt. In that same text they indicated that a door tag was left along with the tracking information but I never received one. I also never was notified either by using the buzzer to get into my building nor did I receive a phone call from the driver if he couldn’t get inside. My parents and myself included were all home so the delivery was never actually attempted in the first place. ***. I called that day to arrange a second delivery attempt to which the customer service representative told me that one would be attempted by the end of that day although that never happened. I called for the third time the day after to arrange for the second time to redeliver my package the following day. On January 7th my package was “attempted second delivery” to which I again received no door tag, nobody buzzed my buzzer code, and nobody called me. I have tried to call UNI Express many times and have left countless voicemails only for them to never return any of my calls. It’s impossible to even get someone on the phone, let alone have a person that works there call you back. As of January 15th the last update stated “delivered or customer self picked up” which is not the case whatsoever and I still to this day to not have my package. They don’t even tell you the contents of what I ordered so I have no clue what is lost of the many things I’ve ordered the past month. I’m beyond *** at this point.

UUS0450989236589 I ordered from Temu and unfortunately they went through the most worst [censored] generic unprofessional useless company ever I’ve seen the most horrible reviews all this company all over the place especially on the Better Business Bureau website I ordered my package cause I needed something for my baby shower I didn’t receive it because these lying thieves stole my package and marked my address is not deliverable which is a complete lie temu emailed me to confirm my address which was the same address I always put in my shipping details then I went to the Better Business Bureau and see that they do this quite often to everyone I could see if it’s a couple times but it’s thousands of reviews on this [censored] [censored] company so me and my husband decided that he’s gonna let me put up the money to follow lawsuit against them they’re gonna be held accountable for this cause I miss my baby shower and I still haven’t received my package now it’s not even giving me an update on where it is it was supposed to be delivered the second time and it never came these people are full of [censored] and I’m filing a lawsuit if I don’t get my package they will be sued and I’ll get more money out of them then I’ll get them I paid for my package it’s [censored] I can’t believe that anyone is even using this company it’s not fair to customers to spend our hard earned money and these people are playing with our items I’ve never ever seen this before when it comes to a delivery company these people are gonna wish they never mess with my package here’s screenshots showing that my email from Temu confirming my shipping address is nothing wrong with my address and they said this to everyone I didn’t know if it was true until I saw the rest of the reviews on the BBB website this is lawsuit worthy these people are scammers and they’re playing with peoples packages and they’re actually getting away with it but not with me my husband told me I could spend the money to follow the lawsuit on this company and I believe everyone should

I recently had surgery, I have a 6 month old. It's been way pass my shipping date of arrival. Every time I make a call to get an update on my package, no one can give me a legit update. Unbelievable.

Wrong package delivered to my house. WHERE IS MY ORDER!

I have someone else order, how can you not see a name and address where to deliver.

Despite receiving a notification that my package had been "successfully delivered," I was in for a rude shock. The accompanying photograph showed a package that wasn't mine, and the delivery location was nowhere near my address.

Try to contact with UNIUNI by email and phone in last 4 days. No respond at all.

It seems I never can get my orders.

LA MANSIO AND THIS COMPANY ARE TOTAL FRAUDSTERS AND STOLE MY $590!

They said they delivered the package but it was left on an open street and not outside my home. It was stolen. Now they won't pick up the phone or respond to my emails.
