In the beginning we were SO happy to have URVL. They were the only ones to be able to handle our immediate need for a fast move. They quoted us $9K and we were happy to have a quote that was just a bit more than it would be for us to do it ourselves. A week before our scheduled move date after they had received our initial cash deposit, we still hadn't heard from anyone about the full pack ordered and when we would see movers on our scheduled day. Three days before the move after numerous calls, we finally got ahold of someone and found out we hadn't been quoted for a full pack! Our quote went to $13K! By then, we were totally stuck as we had to be in another state by a certain date and our things had to be removed from our home before we left three days later! Finally all show up... truck gets loaded... our quote now goes up to $20K and more money to be paid - CASH again because they don't take it any other way (should have been a sign). Storage fees were ridiculous - delivery dates and times not communicated - I had to call numerous times. When items arrived, the packing was HORRIBLE. Tool boxes upside down - new furniture broken and scratched - cheap wraps used - boxes flattened and broken: wrapped up our trash in a trash can, but left countless other items not wrapped or boxed. Truck loading looked like stuff had just been pitched in. Sickening that our new things were handled with such haste and disconcern. I won't bother calling to place a claim for all of our damaged items because I know what the response will be. Fat chance I'd ever see a dime refunded to us for this horrible experience.

First time using an actual moving company , i've always done the moving myself mostly because i really don't have much stuff, i just pack them all in boxes, get a truck load them in and drive down myself. But this time because it was last minute and also additional eqipments are added. I had to move my sewing equipments to work temporary in TX for 2 months. United Regions made the to and fro the easiest move i had ever seen. Swift, easy and efficient. I was worried my equipmwnts might get a scratch on it or a oil leakage but that didn't happen. I was so happy to work with them. I'd recommend them always!

Needed a team that could properly handle a full home move without me being there. I run a lot of shops and needed to move out of my home at the time. I was putting it out for sale and as a business person I travel a lot and at the time it happend, I had to be in Alaska. All my items were intact and safe at my new home when i got there. I stayed in Alaska for 2 months so I moved in when I got back. their inventory taking is absolutely meticulous and just so organized. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants no hassel when it comes to moving.

I reached out to united regions because i've used them before but not my home I think for someone elses home. Long story short, they did a great job with everything, the quote, packaginf and all my items got to me with everything still intact. They are the best you can get around I promise you that. Try them and I assure you it'll worth every penny you spend. I didnt spend extra because nothing got damaged during my move.

I've never had a moving company give me such a seamless moving experience like United regions did. OMG they were absolutly amazing! My neighbourhood was getting a little too noisy for me and I needed a swift escape. A moving company that I could call and they would get the job done perfectly the next day. These guys did just that. Came in and saved the day. I sold most of my stuff so I cant say a lot about how they would pack furniture but my clothes and the the rest of the items I had them move for me got to my new home in perfectley sealed and packaged boxes. Ihad no complains, great stuff they got going on.

We took a month and they took a day. I called in to check on Jim and their stuff and I everything was just like they had it at their old house. I was glad someone didnt have to go through what we did and that the team at this moving company work hard to make peoples moves a success.

After purchasing an antique grand piano, a family heirloom of sorts, I was worried about finding the right moving company. My previous experiences had left me skeptical of service providers, who often quoted inflated prices or didn't handle delicate items with due care.

Its a bait and switch business. They quote you one price, then will add multiple " extra fees". They are not accredited with the BBB. It's a SCAM! Go anywhere else. Also, they wouldn't accept credit card payment, had to be Zelle. That way it's extremely hard to get a refund. I cancelled my move, after I saw all the extra fees. They won't refund my money... SCAM!

Used face time to get a rate of 8800.00 from ca to nc , when they had the truck almost loaded they changed the rate to 13,200.00.I gave them my move in date 6 weeks in advance but did not get delivery for 8 weeks and got charged for extra months storage. When the movers left they came into my house and wanted the itimized record of the house contents and gave me a pink copy that only showed my cost. When my goods arrived they had dropped my safe and scratched it up and was missing lots of stuff, 9 high quality fishing rods and reels, pancake air compressor , a ladder, push broom tv remote damaged my hard saddle bags off my motorcycle and I don’t know what else am still unpacking. The left the boxes in my home with vices grinders buffers and shop equipment in my bedroom.
