In Muhammad Ashraf district, Loralai village kach Amaqzai there is almost a problem of signal, the population here is high, there is a signal antenna installed in the Ufone main tower. People living on and near the National Highway are barred from the Internet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

Normally On 0 call will connect to the CSR but in ufone the are facilitated the criminals to do this crime with ufone customer becuase you cant block your sim with help line

Ufone has worst service ever of postpaid. They just keep taking bill payments from you again and again and does not even give those services on time. Pathetic service

Ufone service was very good till 11/06/2023 but from the given date whan electrity goes the tower turns off may be there is diesel robbery or something else as we here is loadsheding upto 12hours it's hard to get a good network

SMS SERVICE NOT WORKING. I HAVE TO RECEIVE CODE FROM EASY PAISA TO GET MY AMOUNT. The easypaisa customers service sent me multiple message. If I couldn't receive code on my mobile number of UFONE, I will stop this service of my all family

I am dealing this thing from past one or teo months that i am not receiving sms from some numbers even after days or after turning my phone off. I am sick of this thing now that i am missing many sms. My number is always on. I don't know what is wrong with ufone

There is 8-10 hours disconnectivity (unavaikablity of signals) on daily basis.
Even in case of load sheeding also generator not used it causes extraaa 2-3 hours disconnectivity.

I am user of ufone since 19 years, except that company will take serious action and solve lroblem

In case of emergency if you don't have balance in your Ufone SIM, the packages you have subscribed to will be unsubscribe. What the hell is this? Not everyone can afford to keep balance in their SIM when they have subscribed to SMS or internet bundles. You must fix this issue or else you will lose your customers.

Whatout any notice in many area of lahore ufone serice down. Even Govt also not annoced shutdown order then why you disturb us last from last 36 hour.
