The price point was amazing, man! I couldn't believe it! But what really got me was the crazy amount of options they had for flooring. I mean, it was mind-blowing, dude! I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I need some flooring, no doubt about it.

bought some flooring from TrueHardwoods and the whole thing was great. We got a sample first, and then we ordered it and they delivered it to us. Anthony was the guy who helped us out and he was really good. He kept us updated the whole time. We think this company is really good and we think you should check them out.

TrueHardwoods is not an honest business, let me tell you. My remodel took a whole year because my contractor got Covid, can you believe it? And when we were finally done, guess what? TrueHardwoods wouldn't let us return any of the extra product we bought. Can you imagine that? And even if they did allow returns, they have the audacity to charge a whopping 25% restock fee, on top of the shipping costs. It's outrageous, really. I really regret not doing business with a local company. In the end, I ended up spending even more money by going with TrueHardwoods. Lesson learned, folks.

I had a really good experience with TrueHardwoods! Jordan Stephens gave me some really great service. He gave me a lot of education and information that helped me make my decision about what kind of flooring to get for my sunroom project. The service was super fast, competent, and friendly. The cost was really reasonable and I just couldn't be happier. The flooring looks so beautiful. I would definitely give them 5 stars!

I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned cash and precious time on TrueHardwoods. Instead, I suggest checking out eFloors.com. Those [censored]ted folks at TrueHardwoods couldn't care less about you if you're working on a small project or need a small order to complete a job. They enforce this ridiculous minimum order size policy, which is a load of nonsense. Why should it matter if you're purchasing one measly box or a whole bunch, as long as you're paying for it along with the shipping? The answer is, it shouldn't matter at all.

On the other hand, eFloors.com was an absolute godsend. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and offered their products at very reasonable prices. I can't recommend them enough. When you compare them to the clueless half-wits at TrueHardwoods, the decision is a complete no-brainer. Steer clear of TrueHardwoods, my friends. Head over to a place where they actually value your business and provide you with exceptional value and service for your money.

I ordered some stuff from TrueHardwoods on November 12, 2020, and I still haven't gotten a tracking number or any updates. They told me that the manufacturer is behind because of COVID, but they didn't mention that when I placed my order. I've sent several emails asking for an update, but they've been ignoring me. They said the product would arrive last week, but it didn't. Then they said it would come this Monday and that I would get an update and tracking number, but that didn't happen either. I sent them an email three days ago, and they didn't respond. Then I got a text saying they're not open right now. I'm really worried that this company is a scam. Their BBB ratings are bad, and they're not accredited. I should have been smarter and not ordered from them. Don't make the same mistake as me! If I don't hear from them with a tracking number tomorrow morning, I'm going to have to contact my credit card company and the BBB.
