flooringmarket.com is a good place to buy flooring. They have good prices and customer service when you order. But if you have a problem, their customer service is terrible. They always say you agreed to the fine print. So be careful when you buy from them.

Few years back, I was checkin' out places to get some Audura max Vinyl planking for my bedrooms. I did a lot of searchin' and finally decided to go with Flooring Market 'cause their peeps were super nice and helpful, plus they had the best price. I'm definitely gonna use 'em again for my next project. Algonquin, IL.

Price was good, but when the flooring came, no thresholds. I called to ask why, it was on the slip. They put me on hold and said thresholds on back order, never told me. Now, maybe 1 month delay, no promise. When I asked, they hung up. Good reviews when good, not helpful when bad.

dont buy from this company they sent like 3 boxes of messed up boards. i emailed them for new ones and they said i shoulda said something when they got here. but the boxes didnt look messed up when they got here, so it musta happened before they got boxed up. do i gotta open every box when they get here and make the delivery guy wait for me to check every piece? they dont care about their customers and dont stand behind their stuff.

I talked to Laura 'bout the Tile problem - it ain't stickin' to the floor even though we used the adhesive we bought from them. Ain't heard back from her yet even though I left a message. We gotta rip up the new floor or buy a new one - the tile cost us 'bout $2000. I left another message for Laura but still no response. We want them to take back the unopened 5 boxes of tile and figure out what to do 'bout the 9 boxes we used that are now bubblin' and comin' up after just one week. The manufacturer told us to go back to the supplier - they just keep blamin' each other without helpin' us out. We're stuck with a messed up floor that we gotta replace after just one week. All we want is for someone to call us back and figure out a solution. I even emailed the President and left a message but no response from her either.

roblem. They said they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. After a week of not hearing anything, I called them back and they said they were still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. Another week went by and still no response. I called again and they said they would refund me for the flooring, but I would have to pay for the shipping to send it back. I was not happy about this, but I just wanted to get rid of the faulty flooring. I shipped it back and waited for my refund. It took over a month to get my refund and I had to call them multiple times to follow up. Overall, I would not recommend this company. The customer service was lacking and they did not stand behind their product.

Flooring Market ain't standing behind the stuff they sell! I bought some multi-width solid wood hickory toast flooring from them on 12/30 for $8973.10 (including shipping) and it was delivered to my crib on 1/10/2022. But when my installer came to lay it down on 1/25/22, there were problems with the flooring. The ends of the boards were different widths and there were gaps and bows. My installer said it was no good for a quality floor. We called Flooring Market and they didn't do nothing for a week (cause of some flooring convention). We sent them pictures and everything they asked for, but they said it was our fault cause we didn't acclimate it right. But our installer and the flooring inspector said we did it right. We paid Flooring Market for this flooring that we can't use and we want a refund for the uninstalled wood flooring that is messed up.
