True View Commercial, LLC is managed by Joseph Ryan Faber, aka J Ryan Faber, Ryan Faber. Do not trust this fellow as he is a known thief. His former employer discovered that he had committed fraud, corporate theft, and conversion. He escaped justice because the statute of limitations had elapsed before the undeniable evidence his misconduct was discovered.
Not only was it detected that he stole from his employer, he engaged in an improper sexual relationship with a subordinate part-time employee at the same time he and the other employee where both married.
Acting is concert with his paramour, it is understood that Ryan Faber of True View Commercial has also engaged in real estate fraud by misrepresentation and omission, wire fraud, marriage fraud, divorce fraud, and other schemes to steal from his employer.

Milton was the subject of an investigation launched by the Texas Department of Insurance in approximately [protected]. The Texas Department of Insurance had over a dozen insurance code violations that Milton was accused of. Rather than go to a formal hearing with the Texas Department of Insurance, Milton voluntarily relinquished his license to avoid having to answer to his many violations.
In 2022, after the statute of limitations expired on many, if not all accused violations, Milton applied for a new license. This sparked yet another investigation from the Texas Department of Insurance. Ultimately, Milton was issued a probationary license.
