We had TVE replace two old aluminum windows in a commercial building. The windows seem like a nice quality product. The TVE office called us with updates on when to expect the windows every week, just keeping us up to date was very helpful. The installer was on-time, very polite and cleaned up the office areas as he worked.I appreciate the communication and quality of the work.

Highly recommend Treasure Valley Exteriors for any and everything. Their service is amazing! The crew was professional and respectful of my neighbor's property. Our homes are really close to each other but it was never an issue for these pros. The cherry on top is that they are perfect for people in a tight spot too (who isn't). The roof was completed in a day and the financing plan my wife and I are on is great. We will definitely do business again.

Do not use this company! I had my roof replaced by Treasure Valley Exteriors. They replaced it in one day, tearing off and installing the very next day. However, I soon discovered a leak at my front door. I called Treasure Valley Exteriors to report the leak and they sent a guy to investigate. Unfortunately, he could not find a leak, even though I had it inspected by another company. The second company pointed out numerous installation errors, such as overdriven and underdriven nails that were popping through the top shingles all over the place. These errors were creating leaks on multiple points on the roof. I had three other inspections done and they all noted the same problems, recommending that the roof be completely redone.

I contacted the owners of Treasure Valley Exteriors and asked them to come out and see the issues for themselves. They did come, but when I asked if they were going to replace the roof due to all the errors, they replied that they were not. I informed them about the inspections I had done by numerous professionals in the industry, but they didn't seem to care about other contractors' opinions. They even threatened that if I pursued further action, I would lose.

I was hoping that Treasure Valley Exteriors would take responsibility for their mistakes and do the right thing to make things right, but all they offered was a repair of the problems. This repair was not recommended because it was likely that more problems would arise in the future. I would end up calling for repairs all year long because there was no way to know where all the mistakes were made. The fact is, I paid a total of $14,000 through insurance and out of pocket for a new roof, not a repair job.

Buyer beware!

My experience with Treasure Valley Exteriors began with a connection with a friendly and humble representative walking up my driveway and introducing himself in a non pushy humble manner. I was on my way out of town and predicted that I would just accept his card and ignore it as I had done with all the others. But something was different about him. When I returned to town I found his card laying on the counter and gave him a call. From the first meeting I was made to feel comfortable and un-pressured. He did a fantastic job laying all the cards out on the table allowing me time to talk with my wife and make reasoned and responsible decisions about the possibility a roof replacement. He helped us in every step of the way. From doing his own inspection and setting us up to be successful for an insurance claim. Today was the culmination of the adventure. The crew showed up early and got right to work. They were done by 1 pm. When I came home from work, he was at my house walking around and inspecting their work. During the day he showed up with water and ice cream bars for the crew. I could tell that he worked just as hard at developing a working relationship with them as he did with me. I am so glad I listened to my heart and called him back. He is a true gem in the world of those that just want your money or business. He has true customer service skills. An art that is all too quickly disappearing.

Excellent customer service and superb craftsmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs exterior work done.

Do not use Treasure Valley Exteriors. Horrible installation and communications. The form requires a star; Treasure Valley Exteriors deserve negative stars. Do not use them!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They have very bad communication. Job took way longer than it was supposed to. They destroyed our yard. The end product was not what we asked for. There is not enough space to detail the ridiculous experience. I will NEVER use this company again or refer them. Don't waste your money or time with this company! They don't even deserve 1 star!

Had Treasure Valley paint the exterior of our home. We were excited to get it painted before fall. The crew showed up to do the prep work. Set nails caulked, scrapped trim. And primed the brick. They were here till dark. Returned the following day. masked and taped. Sprayed the house and then painted the trim. Again,here till dark.The painters asked questions and listened. A pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Treasure Valley Exteriors. They were able to get my roof approved by my insurance company for full replacement after another roofing company who claimed they could help me failed miserably. I was about to throw in the towel when I met their team. They assured me they had the best team working behind the scenes and they could do what the other roofing company couldn't. I am so glad I gave them the chance. I especially thank their employee, Mary, for her hard work and diligent follow up in making this happen. Great team and amazing service.

My review of this company does not even deserve 1 star. We hired Treasure Valley Exteriors (TVE) to put in an Egress window and replace 3 basement windows. We put a $5,000.00 deposit down and they came and put in the 3 replacement windows and dug the hole for the Egress window. Their contractor that was supposed to cut the foundation that they hired showed up one day and said they could not do it. We called Kelly E, one of the owners, to clear this situation up and he said they could not find anyone to finish the concrete work. 3 weeks went by after numerous phone calls and no return calls from them. The pile of dirt that was dug by TVE sat and destroyed my lawn and 4 weeks later, they finally filled the hole but my yard is destroyed because they left the dirt sit on it too long. The 3 replacement windows were billed at $3000.00 and we have called 5 times over the last month and never got a return call from Kelly. We are asking for the remaining $2,000.00 deposit back and need to get our lawn fixed because of their negligence and are getting no response from Kelly after leaving numerous messages. I will end up putting the Egress window in myself and it will take 2 days for me to do it, this job was obviously way above their ability or pay grade. TVE is completely ignoring us and I will end up taking them to small claims court to get my money back. All contractors are very busy right now but that is no excuse to ignore someone. I would not recommend them for any type of work.

Listen to your gut, take the bad reviews seriously, and just DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Too bad Consumer Reports on Homes doesn't come to Idaho cause TVC would have their a$$es handed to them! Never in a million years would we have thought some simple vertical siding replacements and caulking anywhere that needed it, would end in feeling like we were robbed and needing to hire someone else to finish the job! Several walkarounds, several times having sub contractors come out, still not complete! They initially got the paint wrong, but corrected that issue sloppily. Half-heartedly caulked some random places, but completely missed the major stuff that had been talked about and shown on multiple occasions. They replaced the trim on the sides of our garage doors, didn't match up with the top trim that stayed. Thankfully it's not terribly noticeable, but now we have to figure out where to put the garage door opener because it won't fit where it was. Oh, and lets not forget the fact they took tools out of our garage without our permission, used them, and then left them outside on the ground when they were "finished" the first time! Give your business and money to someone that deserves it... TVC is NOT deserving of any of it! Nothing like having to pay full price for a subpar job and all of the frustration that's come with this project! UPDATE: Went in to pay our invoice so these crooks wouldn't put a lien on our home and when I confronted them about the job not being done, they "couldn't imagine" that it wasn't, but never once offered to come back and take a look at what I was referring to, finish the job, or anything. They just stood there and basically called me a liar.
