I writing this review to save lives because during such a crucial time in our lives the last thing we need is to spend unnecessary money.

This company is a scam it’s llc is registered in Delaware no real address at all just two men working together scamming us out of our hard earned money..

Once it’s time to use your coverage that’s when you find out u been scammed they will deny your claim and blame the reason on the dealership. Like this company is a joke and I will post every day if I have to because I will not let this company scam another consumer…

They tried to deny my claim talking about preexisting damage I have proof I just purchased the car had an inspection done at the Maserati shop I paid cash for my car why would I buy a lemon just to buy a warranty to get stuff fixed are u crazy … long story short they try to tell me my car had preexisting damage I had the Maserati shop send in repoints proving my car had noo issues before I got the policy. I only had the car 2 weeks before I got the policy. My air stop working that when I realized I was scammed . Then they had the nerve to respond with legal action im ready to have my day in court because I’m going to demand this company take down all their fake reviews and to have their ip address block so the world could know this service sucks.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Total Auto Protect. I went ahead and got their Premiere policy, thinking it would cover me for any issues that might come up with my car. But boy was I wrong. It seems like every time I try to make a claim, they find some excuse not to cover it. And their favorite excuse? "Normal wear and tear."

Like, come on. I get that some things might not be covered, but it seems like they're using that excuse for everything. For example, my washer jet hoses broke on my 9-year-old car, and they said it was just normal wear and tear. And then my wheel bearing went out, even though it was specifically listed as covered on my policy. But nope, they still said it was just normal wear and tear.

Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money on this policy. And I'm not the only one - I've seen plenty of other people complaining about Total Auto Protect online. I'm thinking about contacting the BBB to see if they can help me out.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Total Auto Protect to anyone. It's just not worth the money.

I had to cancel my service within the satisfaction guarantee period and all I wanted was a confirmation email. But, the customer service was terrible and the representatives were very rude and unhelpful.

I called the customer service number at least 15 times and sent several emails and voicemails, but I never received a callback. The 844 and 888 numbers listed in the emails were not working. I spoke to a representative named John Myers who was very sweet when I signed up, but became the worst representative after I signed up. He refused to send me an email confirmation of my cancellation and got very upset when I asked for it.

I also spoke to Matthew in the billing department, who was equally unhelpful. Both John and Matthew asked me if I wanted an email confirmation for $100. This was very demeaning and made me feel like they were trying to extort money from me.

I sincerely believe that all the positive reviews on their website are fake and made up of bots. There is no way that the way they talk to customers will earn any positive reviews. They gloat over every minute of conversation and it is very unprofessional.

Eventually, they declined to cover the repair, claiming that it didn't qualify because it was referred to in an SSB, which they said was the same as a TSB from Ford Motor Company.

We did everything we were supposed to do, reporting the problem promptly and providing all the necessary information and signatures to Total Protect. But they denied our claim because of a technicality that was addressed in the contract we never received. We tried to contact them numerous times through calls, emails, and texts, but they never responded. Finally, Jason told us that our claim was denied due to a technicality that was addressed in the contract we never received. When we asked to cancel our policy, we were told to do it via email.
