I placed an order for some hair on December 3rd and it's already the 9th and I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, I paid extra for 2-day shipping and it seems like it was all for nothing. I've been trying to get in touch with them but they don't answer the phone and their mailbox is always full. I've also sent them emails but they haven't responded to any of them. It's really frustrating because I was really excited to try out some new styles since their prices were within my budget. But now I'm just really disappointed. I'm disabled and on a fixed income so I can't afford to waste money like this. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal so I can get my money back. I really thought I had found a reliable company to order from but I guess I was wrong. I won't be ordering from them again.

To make matters worse, they said that the 14 oz jar in their advertisement with the price stated at $3.99 was incorrect and that they had updated the ad after I had already placed my order and paid for 5 jars of 14 oz black bee's wax for $3.99, plus an $8 postage fee. I mean, come on, that's just not right.

I tried to reach out to them via email and phone, but no one has responded to me yet. I really hope they refund my money because this is just false advertising. It's not fair to advertise one thing and then deliver something completely different. I'm really disappointed with my experience with TopHairWigs and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, and it is now November 06th and I still have not received my clippers or a refund on my shipping. I did some research and found out that Tophairwigs, Urhair, and ***@gmail.com are all connected. But there are no addresses or telephone numbers listed anywhere on the website. That should have been a red flag for me.

I strongly advise against using this website. They will take your money and leave you with a terrible product. And even though they are clearly in breach of The Consumers Rights Act 2015, Paypal did not protect me. I'm now following the advice of Which and seeking help from the Financial Ombudsman Service.

In the future, I will only buy wigs from my usual honest retailer who has a telephone and a UK address. It's just not worth the risk to save a few pounds.
