I bought a hair fixin' hat from Theradome and dang it, turns out I got a lump. Might have to do some chemo 'cause of it. Theradome won't give me my money back 'less I send 'em my private medical papers to prove why I wanna return their thingamajig. First off, ain't none of their beeswax why I wanna return it, and second, it's downright scary that they want my doc to get mixed up in this mess.

However, I haven't received my Theradome back yet. I called their service department and someone named *** told me they were working on it. Later, I received an email stating that the purchase price and warranty cost were refunded to Amazon. I called again and left a voicemail for ***, who told me to ignore the email and that he would review the situation with his supervisor. I patiently waited for my product and even left a message, but Theradome never returned my call. They simply won't respond to me.

It was the company's fault for declining the credit cards. Theradome told me I could use PayPal or buy from Amazon instead. I don't use PayPal right now, and if you buy from Amazon, Theradome won't honor the warranty or give any discounts. I'm going to investigate this false advertising of accepting credit cards and then declining them. It's also unfair. I tried to buy their Pro device for $845 on November 22, 23, and 24, and got the same results each time.

They only refunded me $483.75 instead of the $570 I expected (full price minus shipping fee). I asked support about this and they said they also charged a restocking fee. They never mentioned this fee before, and in several emails, they said I would get a full refund, minus the $75 fee. I want the full promised refund of $570.
