I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Top Secret Equipment. The guys who run the place, Peter and Ryan, were pretty rude to me when I called in with some questions about their products. And to make matters worse, it turns out that the car lifts they sell don't even match the specs that they have listed on their website!

I tried to get them to fix the problem for me, but they just kept telling me that they were working on it and that it would be fixed soon. But after 10 months of waiting, they finally told me that they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. And then they had the nerve to tell me to stop calling them and hung up on me!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Top Secret Equipment to anyone. If you're looking for good quality car lifts or other equipment, you're better off going somewhere else. These guys just don't seem to care about their customers or their products.

I recently bought some equipment from Top Secret Equipment (topsecretequipment.com) and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I got myself a *** lb 4 post alignment lift and a 2 post *** lb lift. The shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but I heard that the ports are having some issues lately, so I guess that's understandable.

Anyway, I finally got my lifts and I've only set up one of them so far, but I can already tell that the quality is top-notch. These things are built to last, that's for sure. I'm really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail that went into making them.

This guy named Pete was just plain unprofessional, and he even hung up on me! Can you believe that? And get this - he threatened to void my warranty if I left any negative reviews on their site. That's just not right.

But that's not even the worst part. See, their tech made a mistake on my order, and they wanted me to pay $300 to fix it. Like, what?! We'd already had to shell out for parts that got damaged during shipping, and they just told us to deal with the shipper. That's not how you treat customers, man.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend doing business with Top Secret Equipment. The customer service is a mess, and they don't seem to care about making things right when they mess up. Save yourself the headache and find a different company to work with.

I recently bought a lift from Top Secret Equipment (topsecretequipment.com), but I had to cancel my order just 24 hours later. Now, they want to charge me a fee for cancelling, even though the product hasn't even arrived in the country yet. I checked their website and it says that they offer a full refund, but only for products purchased at full price. However, all of their products are supposedly discounted, which makes me think that their policy is just a scam.

When I spoke to them, they assured me that I would get a full refund for my cancelled product, but now they're asking for 7% of the total amount. This is clearly a poorly run scam that needs to be investigated by the government. If I could give this company less than one star, I would.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Top Secret Equipment. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't follow their own policies and tries to charge customers for cancelling an order. I hope that others will be cautious when considering purchasing from this company.

I recently got myself an Olympic 4 post car stacking lift from a dealer in Arlington Washington. I gotta say, the quality of the lift is top-notch! I was so impressed with it that I decided to buy another one from the same dealer, Top Secret Equipment. This time, I went for a high rise storage lift that allows me to park my truck under it. Both of these lifts are simply amazing and I can't recommend them enough to everyone I know.
