Good day. I bought the Black Cat smooth peanut butter and when we openend it, it is very runny and very oily. Its actually difficult to get it on a knife. Really not nice especially as you can literally pour it out and niot spread on bread.

Please be advised that a week ago I purchased 2 packs of Albany Wraps, one was Garlic and herb and the other the brown wraps.

These were meant to be a pack of 6,brand and sealed, the. Garlic and herb pack only had 4 wraps in them as opposed to 6.

I was very upset at this as we had visitors and there were two missing from the garlic and herb one, the brown wraps were 6 so no problem there. These were purchased from. The Bram Fischer branch, we had to share wraps otherwise two of my guest would not have received food.

For a famous brand like this, I was very upset regarding the lack of quality.

Hi I hope you're well. I've purchased a packet of Tastic Tice in the past weekend for a prayer at home from shoprite checkers. However I was very disappointed in finding that the rice was moldy. Its the first time I've ever experienced this issue with Tastic. It has caused me alot of inconvenience having to leave my prayer to go purchase more rice. I bought 2 x 400g Black Cat Peanut Smooth Peanut Butter at Shoprite Store, Bar Code [protected], Man 27/02/2023, BB 27/02/2024, but was extremely revolted to say the least by the taste. My mom and daughter tasted as well and they too agree that it is disgusting so it definitely is not my taste buds.

I am not sure if this revolting taste actually is what it's suppose to taste like but if not, I would appreciate it if these items can collected for testing.

If however this is the actual taste then I definitely want a refund because there is no way I am eating this vulgar peanut butter.

I bought plenty packets of small tastic rice chips so we can take it for lunch daily. I paid R10 a packet only to see there are literally about -+ 10 chips in and then 5 out of 10 is broken. this is robbery this is now waste of money. They are worst than SIMBA. Is this now how you guys want to make money. This is pathetic. I will post and complain on every website, social media, ombudsman etc. whatever page I can find to let everyone know how we get robbed. And how bad this is i can't believe my eyes

Today on the 3rd of July 2023 now at 09h20 I just ate my bread with tea, best before date 08/07/2023 L3 Sasolburg 183 04:52. while I was eating, I felt something in my mouth, when I take the bread out it has hard plastic.. My worry is if it was my son eating that bread, he could have had a choke.. I purchased a pack of morvite instant cereal from foodworld/shoprite in goodwood, cape town. This morning I made some of this cereal and to my surprise the bag was invested 3ith maggots! Thisbis absolutely disgusting! Is this what your brand represents?

I will jeve rbe purchasing any of the tyger brands ever again and trust me I will be informing everyone of the disgusting products you are selling off to innocent consumers!

Please note I bought the original All Gold Tomato Sause yesterday and when opened there was mould in side. This is the 700ml Glass bottle.

Your prices is sky high these days I expect the product in perfect condition.

Your label on the product has multiple prints over each other and I cannot make out anything except the best before date on top of the cap.

With due respect this is absolutely unacceptable.

I bought macaroni on the 26 April 2023 at shoprite Marina Ebony park, I cooked them on the 5th of May 2023. I found black bugs (maggots) floating inside the pot. I took a look at the bag for expired date, it was not expired. So I am surprised what went wrong because it is stated that is BB 2025. I had to throw it away, because I am scared of food poisoning. I have images of the package as well as an amige of expiry date packages attached. Hopefully you will found out what is the problem as soon as you can.

Hope that you are well. I purchased this maize meal from Sunshine in Roodepoort last month in February 2023. When I opened it on Sunday 30 April 2023 to make porridge there was a black bug that flew out then there was another one that stayed in the bowl for me to take a picture of which is attached, then there were worms who were alive and crawling in the Millie meal. I have attached the package as well as the expiry date which is only 23 August 2023. I have a video as well of the worms being alive.

I had to throw the entire packet away and now I don’t have because I didn’t by knowing I have at home. I would like a response back on this please? Hope that you have a good day further. Thank you

I wanted to cook rice.

I opened this pack. And it has some kind of mold in it .absolutely disgusting .and obviously can not eat this cause it looks like a hazard .this is absolutely shocking

Big pieces stuck together. Bluish grayish mold?

Probably purchased about Feb to March 2023.

Worms in rice. Third pack in three months. I am just sorry yhat I cannot remember the beans brand where I also found worms in (might have been a Tiger Brands product).

The item was bought at P & P Bloemfontein (Southern Centre).

They refunded me but the problem I am seeing as unresolved!

When I wanted to submit this complaint a message came up that it might not be resolved due to not been seen as important enough. Lest see what happens. There is other platforms and political parties that can be used and contacted.

I bought a pack of long grain parboiled white rice at Pick a Pay Hyper Kollonade Retail Park. I found rice weevils in the sealed rice pack. I'm really disgusted it's in three of the bags that I purchased. I'm a long time user of all Tastic products, and have never had any problem like this. Re. Purchase of Golden Cloud flour 2.5 kg
I Mrs Yvonne McLean purchased the flour this morning and is very disappointed in what I saw when I opened the packet of Golden Cloud Flour. It was full of mites, they were still alive and I took pics of the actual mites on the inside of the packet when I opened it. I am Very disappointed to think I wasted flour sugar and yeast because I was going to sponsor underprivileged kids on this day of 17th February 2023 and I had to cancel their feeding for the day.

I had put some spaghetti to boil and found that there was maggots in it, I have supporting the brand for many years and this is a first for me it was absolutely disappointing that a top brand product had maggots in the product, I had a look at the bag and its not expired so there shouldn't be a reason that the food should of been contaminated unless the entire batch was contaminated with maggots this is absolutely frightening if we hadn't noticed and consumed the contaminated batch really disappointing. I have images of the packaging aswell as an image of the expiry date attached.

I recently bought Tastic rice (2kg) at Pick n Pay in Pinetown, Pinecrest centre on the 7th of January 2023. I cooked it on the 8th and had a terrible case of Gasto for the following week. I did not think it was the rice at the time as I didnt see anything in it. On the 1st of February when I was cooking it, I found worms. About 1mm long and had black spots on either side of it. I am absolutely disgusted. I lost my appetite completely. I still have the packet of rice with me. What worries me the most is the fact that I am pregnant and have no idea what effect these worm have on me and my baby.

Please advise me why your rice turns blue after 1 day in the refrigerator. I give my dogs rice and chicken as its supposed to be healthy but lately their tummies have been upset and we did not understand why. Yesterday I noticed the rice was blue and would like an explanation please or and investigation into this. According to the internet the culprit may be Chromobacterium subtsuage. This is an indication that bacteria is running rampant in the rice. Please investigate and advise me what the outcome is as my vet account keeps running up and I will immediately stop using your product and suggest to my vet that there is a problem with the healthy diet they prescribe.

I purchased. X 2 10 kg aunt caroline rice from shoprite checkers.

The one 10kg that I used I found that when it was cooked it was not of the same quaily it seems like there was broken rice put in that packaging as well as the rice was mix. I have use aunt caroline rice as my brand of rice for cooking and I am very dissatisfied. The rice seem to have cooked unevenly.

Dissatisfied customer. I wish to be replace with my 10kg rice. It seems like the manufacturer is not doing quality control.

I called 3 times and still no one has come back to me.
