Lithium 12 volt 100 MA Battery
I had two of these batteries go bad. The first one was replaced timely at half price. The second one has been a different story. I've made numerous phone calls and email over the last three weeks trying to order a replacement battery, only get a live voice twice. The second live voice charged my credit card half price, but I've yet to get a confirmation email or receive the battery. Can't get anyone to respond by phone or email.

I bought two chargers from Chargex in December for $1,565.20. They said we'd get them in March 2022, but that didn't happen. I asked them about it and they said they got the chargers, but they were waiting on a third party to install connectors so they'd work with our equipment. They kept blaming the third party all summer, but nothing got resolved. I called, emailed, and texted them a bunch, but they mostly ignored me. It's almost been a year since we ordered these chargers and we still can't get a hold of anyone at Chargex. We really need these chargers, but they won't respond.
