The Window Depot, LLC is not the best company to work with. I signed a contract for them to install four new windows and screens. However, they only installed one screen out of the three that were supposed to come with the windows. I have been trying to reach them multiple times, but they never answer my calls. The windows were finally installed in September, even though I purchased them back in July . All I want is to have my missing screens.

I've been waiting since September to get my door installed at Bell Lake Rd, Land O Lakes, FL. Today, they still haven't installed it and they blame the company that makes them. They always tell me to check back next week, and this has been happening since November. They promised that the windows would be installed within 8-10 weeks, and they only recently came last month. But now, the door is missing a panel, and they won't give me a refund or any discount. They just tell me to be patient because "others" are also facing delays. Don't bother buying from this company and getting tied up in a contract.

I hired The Window Depot, LLC to replace my windows and doors. Unfortunately, they had some trouble sticking to the agreed-upon schedule. They said they would install the windows and front door in August, and the sliding doors would come later when the manufacturer delivered them. They managed to install the front door and three out of the five windows. However, the last two windows were the wrong size, so they had to do a temporary installation since the original windows were already removed and destroyed. During this temporary installation, one of the workers accidentally damaged my rear storm door. He tried to fix it, but his repair didn't hold up when the wind picked up to just 5 mph, and the bottom of the door fell off. I reached out to them and spoke to Rick the next day, and he promised to send a crew to fix it as soon as possible. However, it's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything from them. Now, my sunroom, which I use all day and night, is fully accessible to all sorts of insects, reptiles, birds, and mammals, including raccoons and coyotes. This situation is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

They don't stand behind their warranty and the stuff they sell. We bought a PGT storm rated double door and installation from Window Depot a few years ago. Since then, it's broken and gotten stuck at least 5 times. It takes them forever to fix it, which is a huge pain and a safety risk for my family since it's one of our main exits. I've given them many chances to fix it, but now I want the door removed and my money back. But Window Depot won't give me a refund, even though they have a lifetime warranty on their work and the product. They say they can't get a response from the manufacturer, so they won't do anything. They're always late when they say they'll come, it takes weeks for them to ship new parts, and they won't use overnight shipping to fix the problem. And now they won't give me a full refund. They haven't done anything to fix this and they're hiding behind the excuse that it's the manufacturer's fault. But they sold me the product, so who knows if it's their fault or not.
