The Real Seal does great work. This company is honest and fair. The guys who came out to fix my foundation dug long and hard until they found what was wrong with my foundation. They found a huge crack. They fixed it, put new cement and then sealed it.

We have problems with water in the back yard and in the basement. RealSeal was able to help seal cracks in the basement and fix the patio. They were not able to help with the drainage in the back yard and were clear about that. Their solution for the patio and basement was better than other companies that I spoke with.

Dale came and and took time to explain what was needed and approx cost. He was very professional and wasn't trying to sell me on things that wasn't needed. . Carlos was the technician who followed thru on a timely fashion and also cleaned up any mess that was created. Carlos as well explained what he was doing and what to expect if anything else would be needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The Real Seal put in a sump pump in our basement about a year or so ago. They did an amazing job, and we never got a drop of water in that area again! We recently had a foundation crack repaired with them as well. So far not a drop of water... but I'll be able to say definitively after next spring that the repair worked 100%. If it doesn't, it's guarenteed for life, so they'd be back out to do it again. All in all... I highly recommend The Real Seal. They're definitely the "real deal!"

I like the fact that Real Seal are experts in the waterproofing field. Each employee only works on certain jobs. The 6 men who did the waterproofing were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Everyone from customer service, to the estimator who came out to look at what needs to be done, to the workers and foreman were all so professional. I did my research on your company before calling for an estimate. With over 2,000 positive reviews on 3 different websites were all I needed to know you were the right company to hire.

The Real Seal staff was very professional and courteous from the first phone call to the last. The owner and project manager are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, set proper expectations, timeframes and over delivered on customer service. Their installation teams were exceptional as well. They were informative and able to answer questions when asked. The process could not have gone smoother. The product is high quality and the end result is amazing! Great customer service at every level of The Real Seal Company. Everyone we dealt with from the Specialist who provided the proposal for our basement seepage, to the technician completing the work, and office staff efficiency turning around documents, scheduling, and billing. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and personable. Our project was explained from start to finish and had no surprises. Scheduling and job completed as promised. We are pleased with the quality of work sealing an exterior foundation area, foundation cracks, and helpful tips provided. It has not rained since work completed so will have to wait to see the difference. Five stars.

I appreciated the thorough explanation of the service that would be provided including the video and written information sent to my email. It made it easier for my spouse and me to make a decision about which company to hire. After demolishing the interior walls in our basement, I was able to send photos to Manny to evaluate whether we had more repair needs than first identified. We did. Upon providing services, George again thoroughly communicated what he was going to do. He showed me areas of concern and made recommendations without pushing additional costs. Based on the videos provided in advance and the info provided by Manny and George, there were no surprises.

The Real Seal was recommended by a neighbor who recently had home repairs made to her home and she was incredibly happy. The technician arrived to prepare an estimate and was fantastic. So knowledgeable, patient in answering questions and is an amazing asset to your organization. The technician arrived on time and ready to go. We thoroughly reviewed work to be completed, he explained the process in depth and was tremendous. Work was completed efficiently, accurately and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Office support staff were great and provided excellent communication. Should a future need present itself, Real Seal would be my first call. They were great to work with getting the quote and setting everything up for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything taken care of. They did an amazing job on the cracks in the basement, installed a new window and frame, and serviced the window well and drain. I was really impressed with the communication throughout the day on how things were going and what they were working on as well as how it all worked. After all the work was done, they took a look at the outside of the house and helped with some issues we had near our crawlspace and gave us some tips on how to keep water out with some maintenance we should know about. We are confident in the work done in the basement and have a few more things we are planning on calling The Real Seal to come back for.

I called The Real Seal after I found some vertical cracks in the brick siding on my home. Greg Smith came out and did a visual inspection. He then told me that we had a major problem and that my foundation walls were sinking and that he would send me a proposal to correct the problems. A couple of days later he emailed me a proposal to install 10 steel push piers. The cost listed on the proposal was $19,225. I was taken back by their diagnosis and proposal as I had another company come out to inspect my home and this company said that my foundation was okay and that the problems with the cracks in the bricks were minor. They suggested that I hire a tuck pointing company to seal the cracks and monitor. I then hired a structural engineer to inspect my home. His findings confirmed that there was no structural issues with the foundation and he stated that the cracks were caused by water. Buyer be aware! Greg Smith did not present himself as a structural engineer nor did he present any engineering calculations or measurements to justify his proposal. He saw an opportunity to propose a $19,225 fix that was not required. Shame on The Real Seal for trying to misrepresent themselves as a credible engineering based company and ripping off consumers.
