My equity line of credit is due on the 15th of every month
My equity line of credit is due on the 15th of every month. I receive my statement in the mail between the 9th and the 11th. However, despite mailing my payment the very next day, I still get charged a late fee. I have called and complained multiple times, emphasizing that I do not use a computer to pay my bills. I have repeatedly asked them to send my statements and stop charging late fees. Although they take the late fees back each month, they still end up charging me another one. I don't believe it is fair that I have to call them every month to receive my statement and have the late fee removed. According to the law, they are supposed to send me my statement with enough time for me to return it without being late.
I have a monthly recurring deposit made from Golden 1 Credit Union to The Police Credit Union for $1000
I have a monthly recurring deposit made from Golden 1 Credit Union to The Police Credit Union for $1000. On July 7th my monthly deposit of $1000 was made from Golden 1 Credit Union to The Police Credit Union. I have called The Police Credit Union numerous times to try and get this resolved. They do not call me back and have told me there is nothing they can do. I gave them the Trace # from Golden 1 Credit Union and The Police Credit Union has been completely dismissive of the transfer of funds and has made no effort to help me. Their poor business practices should be an embarrassment to the company. Who can trust a credit union that doesn't look out for your financial interests?
