Yo, so I checked out The Ordinary's website and it's pretty easy to get around. You can click on all the menu stuff and it'll either get bigger or smaller. And let me tell you, the prices for their stuff are super reasonable and the quality is top-notch. But here's the thing, they're kinda picky about what reviews they let people see. You can submit a review, but they gotta review it first before they decide if it's good enough to show to everyone else. So if you wanna leave a solid review that everyone can see, you might wanna hit up Sephora or some other place like that.

So, I've been dealing with acne scarring for a while now and I decided to give The Ordinary a try. I purchased their AHA 30 + BHA 2 Peeling Solution and used it once every second week for a maximum of 5 minutes. However, I woke up this morning with chemical burns around my mouth and extreme redness and irritation on my cheeks. Needless to say, I was not happy about this.

I tried to find a way to contact the company to complain about my experience, but I couldn't find a contact form or a general email address. This was frustrating because I wanted to let them know about my negative experience and see if they could offer any solutions or advice.

Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. While I understand that everyone's skin is different and may react differently to certain products, the fact that I couldn't even reach out to the company to voice my concerns was a major letdown. If you're considering trying The Ordinary, I would suggest proceeding with caution and doing your research beforehand.

I stumbled upon The Ordinary on Asos and I gotta say, I'm hooked! The first thing I got my hands on was the Vitamin C Suspension 23% and 2% Hyaluronic Acid Serum, and I haven't looked back since. The quality of their products is top-notch and I can't recommend this cosmetic line enough. However, it's important to note that some of their products have a high concentration of active substances that can be harmful to your skin if not used properly. So, it's always a good idea to consult with your cosmetologist before diving in headfirst. But trust me, once you find the right products for your skin, you'll be a fan for life.

Overall, I'm really happy with The Ordinary. It's affordable, effective, and easy to use. If you're struggling with acne or hyperpigmentation like I was, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I tried to leave a review for one of The Ordinary's products, but they wouldn't let me. Some of their products are decent, but I'm not going to keep using them after they were bought out by Estee Lauder. Gross. I don't want to support them anymore. Unfortunately, most affordable skincare lines are owned by terrible families or big corporations. It's really sad. I've found that The Inkey List is a much better option overall. Give them a try instead.

So, I tried out The Ordinary's Retinol 2% and my first bottle was pretty good. It had a nice serum texture and looked like it was doing its job. But when I bought my second bottle, it was like it had been watered down or something. It didn't look like the first bottle and it didn't stay on my skin very well. I was pretty disappointed, so I decided to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, they didn't really do anything to help me. I also went back to the retail store where I bought it from, but they weren't much help either. The box had a batch number on it, but there was no best before or expiry date, which the store manager was looking for. They promised to get back to me, but they never did. It's no wonder that this stuff is so cheap...

Their stuff is just amazing, I gotta say. I'm a huge fan of their 2% Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I've tried all sorts of fancy, expensive, all-natural, big-name brands, you name it, and this is the only thing that really does the trick for my super fine, dry skin. It's like my skin just drinks it up, and there's no gross residue left behind. Plus, it doesn't have any of those stinky perfumes or scents that some other products have, and it's super cheap to boot. My skin is super delicate and sensitive, but this stuff works like a charm without any issues at all. I can't recommend it enough!

My order arrived and when I opened it one of the bottles had leaked due to a faulty lid. It doesn't close fully so when in transit a lot of the liquid was lost. My order number is [protected] and the batch no on the product is 3DI . I ordered on the 1/27/24 and was delivered on the 30/1/24. As soon as this got delivered I submitted an online email to their customer service team and still have heard nothing back at all. After a week of not hearing anything I sent another email and still I have no reply. When I call I never seem to get through to anyone and I'm now losing hope.

I ordered the smooth skin collection in november and have been correctly using the products as recommended to ,using the products once a week like someone recommended me to do due too the products being so harsh but they haven't helped my skin at all and have even possibly made it worse I spent a lot of money on these products and iam extremely disappointed with the outcome I have faced.

This is regarding the moisturizing cream from The Ordinary.

I got it from Sephora in Dubai and started using it couple of weeks back.

It has been a terrible experience, i started developing acnes after using it for a couple of days but gave it a benefit of the doubt and still kept on using it , after another few days , i cant even touch my face - its horrible and so painful.

So, I tried out this thing called The Ordinary. It's a skincare brand that's supposed to be all fancy and stuff. I got their caffeine solution because I heard it's supposed to help with dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. But let me tell you, it did not work out for me.

First of all, when I put it on, it stung like crazy. And then, after a few days of using it, I noticed that the skin around my eyes was all red and irritated. And to top it off, it made my eyes look even more sunken in than they already were! I mean, I know I'm not getting any younger, but come on!

I don't know if it's just me or what, but I definitely won't be using this stuff again. Maybe it works for some people, but it definitely didn't work for me. So if you're thinking about trying it out, just be careful and maybe do a patch test first or something.

So, I tried out some products from The Ordinary and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I used their niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution and boy oh boy, my face was on fire! It was not a pleasant feeling at all. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing these products again.
