I bought this retinol eye cream from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, and boy, was it a disaster! My eyelids swelled up like balloons and turned all red, with this gross oozing fluid. I reached out to the company for a refund, but guess what? They never bothered to get back to me. Can you believe it?

I tried to get in touch with this company through email and phone, but they never responded. I have a product that is still under warranty but no longer works, and I have proof of purchase. I wanted to ask for a replacement, but because of their terrible customer service, I now want a refund. I don't want to support a company that doesn't care about its customers.

Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, LLC sells this face mask thingy that's supposed to make your skin look better. They say it comes with a warranty for a whole year. But guess what? This thing has some serious issues, and you can find other people online who agree with me. The charging thingy is messed up and stops working real quick. I bought it in October , and by December , the charging thingy was already dead. So, I had to bug them a bunch of times to get a replacement. Finally, I got through to someone, and they told me to send the mask back so they could give me a new one. I did what they said, and they even confirmed they got it. But now, I'm still waiting to hear when they'll send me the replacement. I've called them like 20 times, left two voicemails, and sent emails, but they haven't bothered to respond. It's so frustrating!

I switched from my old place to a new one on January 1. I told the post office about my change of address. I made ONE order and got ONE order. But then their system made a SECOND order and charged me for it, even though I never got it. I've been trying to talk to someone for months, but they keep giving me the runaround. I bought a bunch of stuff from this company on Black Friday, but when it arrived, some of my order was missing. I paid with PayPal and had to argue with them on 12/*** because the company didn't answer my email from 12/*** where I explained the problem and asked if they were sending the missing item separately. They did eventually reply and sent the missing product, but when I started using the new stuff, it messed up my skin. The Hyaluronic Marine™ Hydration Booster serum that came with this order (a product I've used for years) now gets all soapy and sticky when I put it on, which didn't happen with previous bottles of the same thing. And the Hyaluronic Marine™ Oil-Free Moisture Cushion moisturizer that came with this order smells and looks different from what I'm used to - it kinda smells like glue or paint. I emailed customer service at *** on 1/*/21 to ask if they changed the formulas, but they still haven't answered as of 1//21. I've been using both the Hyaluronic Marine™ Hydration Booster & Hyaluronic Marine™ Oil-Free Moisture Cushion for years (not the ones from this order that I'm complaining about), but these new ones just don't feel the same and this is the first time they've messed up my skin. I know it's been more than 30 days since I bought them, but I wanna know if I can still return the order (especially the stuff I haven't used) for a refund. The online return thingy doesn't work (not surprised, the website had problems on Black Friday), and I don't know what else to do when the company won't answer me.
