Amazing guy, saved me from a horrific situation: I was initially charged with going 96 in a 65 and going over 80 anywhere in the country leads to license suspension in North Carolina. He got in touch with the court and the charge was changed to 79 in a 65. I don't know what I would have done without him (actually I do, I would've not drove for a year :( )

The itemization of the billing was not clear. What really bothered me was his refusal to reimburse me of any retainer only hours after taking it. When under Ohio law, retainers have to be earned. I question all of the positive reviews I found when googling him. In text he was very condescending and reluctant when I ask him to explain Ohio law me to further so I could have a better understanding.

I got a ticket while passing through Ohio on my way home back to Michigan. I searched for traffic ticket lawyers in Ohio and Mitch's name came up. I called him and he very straightforward and told me that he may be able to get my ticket reduced to a no point violation, but that he could not promise anything. His fees are very reasonable and he was able to keep the points off of my license. I have a CDL so any points could have not been good for my career.

After rear ending a vehicle in Ohio due to an equipment malfunction, I was still cited a traffic citation being as Ohio is an “at fault" state. I didn't think it was fair to have points added to my license when I did what I could to stop and my brakes failed. Deciding to take the ticket to court, I contacted Mitch. He immediately went to work. With very little work and effort on my end, he was able to reduce the ticket to a no point non moving violation. That was the goal and he came through.
