Similiar to other reports filed, I have been unable to obtain updates on my case. The customer login and feedback pages do not work. The phones are not manned and answered only by message machines. Despite leaving many messages I have received no updates on my case. I either need to have the service performed that was purchased or an immediate refund. Thanks you

I had retained Higbee and Associates to represent me in a lawsuit from a creditor. We worked out a payment plan with the creditor and I now want to pay off the debt. I have been trying to reach Higbee and Associates and am never able to reach them. I have left voice mails on the appropriate extension and have not received any returned calls. I have also tried contacting them through the website, with no response as well. I cannot log into my account either. The creditor will not speak directly to me since I have representation. This is causing burden on me to effectively resolve my case and move forward.

I contracted with Higbee & Associates for arrest record sealing in California and Nevada. I paid $2,150 on 4/13, after describing the cases involved and securing Higbee's agreement that those cases would be sealed. Higbee only undertook work on some of the cases but not all of them. Higbee repeatedly tried to get me to verify they had listed all of my cases, BUT THEY HAVE NOT LISTED ALL THE CASES THEY CONTRACTED FOR. I sent three e-mails, left 5 voice mails, and two chat messages, but my case manager Nataly H has refused to call me for five weeks. Other complainants on ComplaintsBoard.com have stated that Higbee always blames it on a technical glitch. I believe Higbee is operating a scam to defraud clients and has no intention of performing as agreed.

I hired this company to represent me in a case based out of IL. I started with them 12/17 and to this date the only thing they have done was provide a basic reply to my attempts to a resolution. They have not filed a petition for me, they call me when they know I am at work and cannot reply. I asked them to reach out via email and they did but only to apologize. There is no resolution in sight. I want a full refund since nothing was done in my case short of emails or a chat through their portal that only works sometimes. They also have my incorrect date of birth which appears to be a typo. At this point I do not trust that this company will represent me satisfactorily. I want this closed and I demand a full refund. If the company claims they actually did some work I want proof and a detailed report to list all charges. Then I will fight that as well.

Purchased a service to have my record cleared and have all background check companies updated as well. Paid in full upfront after a complimentary screening to ensure that I qualified to have this service done. Yesterday I received an email saying that they could not complete the service because I did not qualify which is exactly the opposite of what I was told when I signed up. They only offered a partial refund with no explanation as to why they were not able to complete the service as requested. They would not return my calls and repeatedly attempted to have me verify my credit card my email to receive a partial refund. It states on their site "Money back guarantee". This service is horrible and in my opinion after this experience a scam. I was never given an opportunity to speak with an attorney, and have still not been given a reason for them not being able to preform the service. This business should be shut down immediately to protect consumers.

I hired this company for an expungement & sealing on 01/09. I have not received any concrete updates as of yet. When I call to ask for an update, the caseworkers act as if I've offended them by asking! They never answered my questions over the phone and were very rude. They only respond to me by generic email and somehow manage to twist my concerns around in their responses. They constantly asked me for more money and I paid them off what I thought was in full ($4,887.50.) It is now almost 15 months later and the first phone call I received from them is asking for more money! I have been calling and calling to ask why they want MORE MONEY but I can't get through. I would like to receive a full refund from this company and take my business elsewhere. It makes no sense to be in limbo for 15 months, begging for updates, and now they want more money. It doesn't take almost 2 years to complete this process. My funds have been exhausted and I'M DONE!

i think it was on August or September i search online and found the law offices of Higbee and Assossicate s, wanting the to vacate my felonies ,I have two case with a couple felonies . Filed the online information out about vacating them. The total cost was about *** to take care of all of them. i feel mislead by the website because it just ask if your have felony in what state and what option to having the remove off my record. It never asked me do i have any other felonies and the case numbers for them, Or the price would be more , i just feel mislead ,because i had the impression that all would be vacated , Now its been about a year now and nothing have has happened and are telling me only one case will be vacated and it it cost me an addition *** dollar to have all of the vacated, I only when with them, because the offer a payment plan, but i should have just one with other company at much lower price and would have had all my two case vacated.

I paid this law firm over $1000 of a $1200 fee charged by them to do legal work for me. They were suppose to send me paperwork over 3 months back which I needed to sign, which to this day theyve never sent. I stop the last payment on the fee until I at least am sent the paperwork from them. Ive told them had the money to pay the small existing balance. But I will not pay until tjey send the paperwork. Yhey refuse to return my calls. They offered up no reason for not sending the paperwork. At thiis time, myself 100% didabled Honorably discharged Army Vet along with my family, neighbors & friends & membere the mefia want answers to why they've stolen my money by deception of not providing the legal services they stated & promised they wood. My local Attorney is proceeding with complaints to Attorney General in CA & the bar association where their firm is located. Im complaining to the i internet theft website ran by the FBI. All I wanted is to resolve the case.

During consultation, I was informed that I was eligible and that the process would take 6 months. Began the end of August. In September they tell me I wasn't eligible. Disputed that with them and asked how they came to that determination and for a refund. Then they say I'm eligible so we keep going. It's now Mar 10th and nothing has been filed with the courts yet. I've sealed two other cases myself in the meantime. All they've done is send me a couple of templates to fill out and mail back. One affidavit they sent me was carelessly prepared and had to be reworked. I've received essentially nothing of value to date. I'm moving out of state soon, so now due solely to their unreasonable delay I would likely have to travel states away twice to seal two different cases. I emailed them yesterday asking what the holdup is, yet no response. I could wait longer but after reading this reviews, I think I'll save my time and file this to hopefully get someone's attention. I would like my services.
