Do not ask/allow this firm to represent you, they will pretend they will help you and leave you feeling like there is hope. Last minute they will just up and leave you hanging when things get too expensive for them. I was injured from a car accident that I was not at fault from, but the officer on scene decided to side with the 18 year old driver's Father after some sob story he told the officer, when I was the one who obviously got hit and had the most damage. Kanner and Pintaluga acted like they had my back and would find my justice but instead I get a huge slap in the face with a medical bill! If you look at my car you can see I was hit from the left front side, they tried to say it looked like I hit the other car who only ended up with a flat tire! Don't waste your time with these people, they will rack up your bills and say sorry later!

Horrible communication never spoke to a lawyer only representatives! Then they dropped my case without notice or a reason

Worse law firm ! Replies when they fill like it. Lie about your bills. Never have one steady person email you. Scott Kevin Flo Erica all emails me this company is a SCAM! They need to be Disbarred! They are liars and they don't do

It's been a month since my accident. My attorney Flo *** is answering my emails and calls. Love how they respond just as I am about to. She is on top of everything. My treatment is done and looking forward to seeing what is the next step in my case.

I think they are very unperfectial don't communicate with you I don't see how there going up adding to my hospital bill there saying my case was seattled whit out informing me of the offer I don't know what there fee is I'm still suffering from the accident I was promised dental and eye care that I never received know there saying I have to pay out of pocket for that treatment I believe it was the ring choice to trust these people at the most venerable time of my life I need my money I can pay my own doctors bills witch I only stayed in the er for 1-2hours an my bill was over 20,000 $

Company is very unprofessional, they don't care about their clients at all and I will blatantly show through the actions of the case workers and lawyers. Just like many other review I have experienced getting hung up one by the receptionist more than once, they will switch attorney on your case without even acknowledging you the client, also if you don't watch them, you will incur unnecessary charges, miscellaneous fees and costs, that the firm will entendres to justify through the interview packet, but nowhere in the packet does it say get bamboozled by your own attorney, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone, that is serious about their case, this firm won't be.

My very first accident, which was truly a traumatic accident. Still haven't fully recovered mentally. My first mistake was hiring the first attorney that came to mind. You barley speak with an attorney, it's paralegal after paralegal. (Case Managers) not properly prepared to handle my case. Basically negotiating on medical bills alone. They act as if your concerns and questions doesn't matter. Definitely shows lack of empathy, case managers speak with hostility when you're trying to get a understanding. Nothing worse than having your life turned upside down because an accident that wasn't your fault. To hire a Law Firm who doesn't show compassion, has no sympathy, lacks fighting for the best benefits for you. If you're reading this review, please seek other representative.

This has been the worst experience ever dealing with a group of people who can care less my accident was June and ever since I signed on with them its been little to no communication. Me having to call my insurance to help me get the ball running. They didnt care about my injuries. They lied on what the doctors say and the chiropractors they put you with are in cahoots with each and they both scam the victim. Then when you finally settle the wait weeks to send you your money and when I receive the check and tried to cash it at my banks they did not have the funds cause the check to be held another week. It should be illegal to write a check of you dont have the funds I will never recommend these crooks to anyone. Im not sure how they are still in business scamming people like this.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH *** & *** HAS BEEN DOWN RIGHT AWFUL. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF MY YEAR LONG WAIT TO CLOSE MY CASE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, SPOKEN DOWN TO AND TREATED LIKE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER OF CASES THAT THEY HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. DURING THIS PROCESS I HAVE WAITED WEEKS TO HEAR BACK FROM MY CASE MANAGER. I HAVE BEEN PUSHED OF TO INTERN AFTER INTERN SUPERVISOR AFTER SUPERVISOR AND EVENTUALLY ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT TO GET THE CASE MOVING AGAIN ONLY TO BE LIED TO AGAIN AND PUT ON MORE EXTENDED WAITS AND LIED TO MORE ABOUT THE PROCESS. I EVEN CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY CONFIRMED SEND OUT A CHECK TO ME AND STILL MORE WAIT TIMES FOR THIS SO CALL FIRM. I HAVE COMPLETELY BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS ABOUT IMPORTANT THINGS THAT HAPPENED DURING MY ACCIDENT WHICH INVOLVED MY ENTIRE FAMILY WHOM WERE WITH ME AT THE TIME. WE WERE FUNNELED THROUGH THEIR ROLODEX OF MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND TOLD TO DO SOME THINGS THAT WE DIDN'T THINK WERE ETHNICAL AND DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH WHILE DEALING WITH THIS FIRM. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY OF THEIR CLIENTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE.

I signed with this law firm August and now it is June and I receive a call today saying that they are not going to be able to continue with my case because they cannot find anyone in their litigation department to accept my case. They also said that the statue of limitations for my case is approaching and after August I will no longer be able to Sue for my Slip and fall accident and that they are withdrawing from my case so at this point they held on to my case for 2 years and give me a month and a 1/2 notice to find another attorney to accept this case this is a shame and if they was not going to be able to represent me from the beginning they should have never accepted the case I did not know that I would have to deal with all these different departments to get my case resolved I thought that when I signed up with them my case will be resolved but they said that they sent my case to litigation department 5 times and it was denied meaning that they were not able to find and attorney to accept taking my case to court. They should never sign with a client if they are not willing to take the case to court. This is lazy so BEWARE because if you waist your time with them then you are putting your entire case of being dismissed if court is needed. Save your time. Find someone else
